Borrent Recenzje

Haven't deserved for even a one star...it's outrageous and disrespectful how they treat customers...absolutely out of order. Bought a baby bath received a plastic inflatable bag..great freaking experience while expecting a baby. Wish KARAMA will return to this bustards.

wow i ALSO recieved an owl necklace instead of the cat scratching post and am gettin the run around from customer service as to a refund but i WILL get one..

I ordered a cat scratching post and received a small owl necklace! Avoid this company!!

Received a completely different looking, inferior & cheaper version of what I ordered.

I ordered a cactus cat scratching post, they sant a clock shaped like an owl.
I wrote repeatedly to the customer service, they replied after more than a week saying I should send the item back at my own expense and they will refund my purchase but not the shipping fees.
Since it was their mistake it does not make sense to ask me to spend themoney to ship an item from Europe to China. Of course I am not a shop company and I don''t have special agreements so I would need to pay way more than I payed for the scratching post originally, and they won't refund the cost.
Don't buy from them. They're not even scammers, they are just completely unprofessional.

Bath tub
Bought a bath tub they sent a plastic bag scam do not buy really annoyed specially how paypal can be associated with a scam like this avoid

Do not buy! SCAM!

Sent a completely wrong item worth maybe a dollar or two instead of the $50 thing I bought and customer support refused to do anything about it.

bought like everyone else here a cactus tree for cat. recived a necklace. This seller is a scam, stay away!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I asked for full refund from PayPal which was accepted.

Gutted to read that I’m in the Same position As everyone else here. Ordered a cactus scratch tree got an owl time necklace. Scam company fuming.

I managed to receive a full refund straight away by sending screenshots of your reviews and proving to my bank that this website is a scam. PayPal wasn't going to do much unless I would return the item.
Didnt have to send anything back and got my money back

Achtung Betrug !!!! Habe einen Kratzbaum im Wert von 30 euro bestellt, bekommen habe ich eine Schrottkette im Wert von 2 euro ! Egal wie toll das Angebot klingt , Finger weg !!!

Bait and switch. Ordered cat tree, got owl necklace. They have offered 50% refund. Total scam and PayPal is not helpful.

They bait and switch. For instance I ordered a cute cactus cat scratching post. Instead of shipping me that they sent a cheap necklace with a pendant that looks like it came from a vending machine. When I brought it up they only offer a 30% refund and say if I want a 100% refund I will have to pay to ship the necklace back to them which could take weeks.

Same story as others. Cat posts or owl necklaces!! Complete scam. Had my refund through Paypal buyer protection. Also covered P&P. These scammers even try to sell the necklaces for $80!!! The envelope they came in was better quality.

Yes ordered the cat scratch pole received an owl pendant instead scam company please don’t buy from them

They are a scam company. You will pay for your product, they will send you something completely different. Ask you to send it back and prove the delivery costs. They then refuse the delivery and do not refund.
