May thanks for the 4 stars Jean Marie and taking the time.
As mentioned in our e-mails the reason the Revo-Rack did not fit your Alpine A 110 originally was because you purchased the standard model.
The A 110 specific model is supplied with the required spacers.
As we are nice people we posted you the spacers and bolts for free.
Safe travels in the future.

Antony

The boot bag was somewhat useful though…
The boot bag was somewhat useful though we did have trouble understanding the instructions. They could be better explained. We used it for a trip from the UK to Portugal on a Porsche boxster. The bag had been shipped to Western Canada and the car was driven East and shipped to the UK.
We found the video also a little lacking in clearly illustrating the function and close-ups.
This was not an inexpensive buy and I would have hoped for a better communication from Liza who was not always forthcoming with her replies. I am still to receive a reply from feedback on May 17th (about where the product had been shipped despite already having answered (a) previous email(s) with same address. Another email was sent on June 3rd asking whether there was an answer and nothing (as was expressed by another customer).
Not good enough by a long shot.
I have owned and operated businesses in several countries and 100% customer care and answers to emails it the least a business should do.
I expected more.

Thanks for the proactive review Christopher relating to the boot-bag Vacation you purchased in Sept 2022. I am perplexed at the timelines here but happy you took the time.
We do experience a lot of bot related spam (100+ daily) and have a very active firewall as our email addresses' are on the internet. Its possible that your email of June 3rd 2023 was blocked or went into spam and was missed by Liza. This is now so long ago its going to be difficult to investigate further.
We would never ignore customers as you point out thats not good for business. Either way you should have received a reply.
We are now using new email addresses to communicate with customers that are not on the internet, so this issue has been eradicated. This a change on our part as a result of feedback received here. You don't know you've not received an email unless someone tells you.
We have never had this feedback on the boot-bag instructions before and have used the same basic instructions for the last 4 years.
The way a boot-bag fits has changed very little since 2008, but I will take some time next week to review the instructions. There is always room for improvement which is why we pay Trustpilot every year £2500 ( A not insignificant sum ) to maintain this page ; because we want feedback good and bad to help the business improve.
Its sounds the the boot-bag was delivered okay in the end and functioned well on the trip.

Worked well on trip to Norfolk
We bought the bag to improve our MX5 mk4 luggage space and it worked well. The instructions were clear and the bag remained securely attached. It does block the boot brake light and the straps need extra tucking to prevent them flapping

Many thanks for the 5 stars and taking the time to review us Julian.
The straps are one length you can cut them and melt the ends with a lighter to prevent fraying, I would leave 10-15cm extra. Then tuck them back behind the ladder-lock fixing that should solve the flapping issue.
Safe travels in the future.

Its great to hear the Revo-Rack has worked well on your trip, the first of many I hope.
Thanks again for taking the time to email the photos so we can help other Corvette C8 owners in future.

Quality construction and materials
Although I have not used this bag yet, it is obviously well made of heavy duty materials. The zipper has a large overflap that velcros closed to prevent water penetration. I'm very confident that this will be this will be a quality product that performs as expected.
