I wouldn't bother sending your tech to this useless company, none of the staff know what they're doing.

I sent my item away and was quoted £270 of it. upon arrival i had to chase multiple times in order to get my full evaluation, i was then asked to provide extensive amounts of documentation which i was NOT told about. I was then offered £80 for my item!

I had to negotiate up to £200, then was told they'd usually only accept up to £150 for that item however the website says £270!

After having to threaten my rights as a customer they accepted £200 and i was told the payment would be instant. News flash it wasn't!

I waited 2 days for payment after chasing twice.

This company is the biggest load of false advertisement EVER. They don't pay on time and their evaluations online are a load of RUBBISH.

Also the customer service from Jagz the supposed manager was extremely unprofessional.

I'm extremely upset with this service. People are better off going to CEX!!!

Disappointed and disgusted by the service. Have had my phone 5 days, quoted me a lower figure than originally said. 5 days in and still no payment. They are not responding to calls, texts or emails.

Very good phones and very good prices

Although money said it would be in my bank same day it took 3 days and recieved less than original quote as phone was still on contract. Think this should be stated when filling in the form.

Easy to send my device to and once received and processed the communication was excellent. Unfortunately the offer was below the original because of issues I wasn't aware of with the device (despite me classifying it as broken due to screen scratches and cracks), however they were willing to negotiate and we reached a price we were both satisfied with.

So I was quoted £701 for my samsung s26 ultra..meelie were offering £655 who i usually use but I thought I'd give boost a go. once recieved they came back and said it's worth £450 🤣 considering this item has no marks on it and I only had it for a short period of time. In fact boost never said any any correspondence why it was downgraded so I said return the phone.they then came back and said would you except £500. I said I would except £650. I then had to chase them several times to see what was going on. They came back with would you except £510 at this point I'm getting messed about. I said please just return the phone and the response was how about £520 unbelievable really. I said YET again return the phone they replied we will return it next Wednesday via royal mail 7 days away OR how about £540. 🤬..i think I will be speaking to trading standards or who ever deals with these sort of people, from the point of they inflated the price to start with then refused to pay it.i have video evidence of the phone I sent and it condition and all of my correspondence with boost. PLEASE PLEASE EVERYONE AVOID THIS COMPANY USE MEELIE. DON'T BE FOOLED BY THE INFLATED PRICE YOU WILL NEVER GET IT. (Cowboys)...

Easy to arrange, delivered quickly and communication to say they had my device. Did have to chase for a response after a week but once in touch with them they sorted and arranged everything really quickly. Offer was lower then stated but due to the phone it was all ok.

Awful, they inflate buying prices and then receive the item and don't pay.
I had to report my phone stolen after I realised that they were not going to pay the agreed price.
