These guys are con artists they are ripping people off don't use this company

Bargaining Gadget

This is my experience with them, as it was my first time using their services to sell my phone. I had a device, a 17 Pro, bought from Very brand new, sealed, and got a quote from Compare and Recycle, but I decided to go to their website directly and got a higher-value quote. I filled out my details for the quote but got no email or an order number. Apparently, “your name” is the order number, but I thought I'd still give it a go because of the quoted value I was getting, higher than anywhere else, plus I called them to confirm.

Long story short, they got my device and started bargaining with me, telling me they can’t provide the quoted price because the invoice does not have the IMEI number on it, making excuses and trying to lower the quoted price. Very, or any other seller who ships the product directly from the manufacturer, does not provide the IMEI number on the invoice.

I had sold a product from Very to Vendi and had no issue providing them with the same invoice and id but Boost Gadget wanted to bargain and lower the price.

From £860 to £750

Here’s the pro, though: they transferred the money immediately once they got the bargained price.

Choose them at your own will.

Ive been let down by companies before but Boost have been amazing, zaid has been amazing.

Very quick service and explained the slightly lower value and I agreed it, and its in account same day- excellent.

Give boostgadgets a go, unlike the hassle I'm currently having, quick excelllent service- and will use again.

Pack came through very quickly, great packaging knew my phone would be safe, good and quick communication. Would recommend.

Excellent customer service, fast and easy process. Having to prove purchase wasn't easy as most of us buy from market place which isn't invoiced. Did not receive quoted price due to battery fault, but reading reviews that seems the same for all phones

Awful experience throughout

Communication was terrible and took over a week to get sorted. I had to constantly chase them. I've recycled phones in the past and it's normally a quick and simple process but this was far from it. I was lured in with a higher amount which was drastically reduced even though I said it was broken. In future I'll stick to mazuma mobile.

If you get a choice use a different company because it will save you time effort and you won't be utterly frustrated.

Also I don't want to even give one star because they don't deserve that

And to top it off there have emailed me to say they will send me £5 to change my stars to 3 stars. Not a chance that will happen

After reading other reviews a lot have had the same experience

Great service from Boost Gadgets. I sent them my old broken phone, and the whole process was quick, easy, and hassle-free. Communication was good, and I received payment promptly. I’d definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone looking to sell an old device.

AVOID SELLING TO THIS COMPANY!!
I believed selling to this company would be smooth and easy, however when selling the item I had to bargain with them for 2 days straight, although I expected I would be offered the price I seen when selling, I later get an email saying my item is revalued, and they kept giving reason to why it’s need to be revalued. They said excuse such as wasn’t in the apple box etc which wasn’t stated anywhere when selling.
I was falsely offered a price originally which I ended getting significantly lower, if that was the case I would have never sent off.
PLEASE AVOID AND SELL SOMEWHERE THATS MORE TRUSTED and will give u at least a similar price to what was officially offered.

Well I can only say what a fantastic company!
I chose to use Boostgadgets and I’m glad I did from start to finish the whole process has been so easy and well explained. The money was paid the very same day and I even got more money than I thought I would for a device that was broken. I dealt with someone called Katie who was very helpful and her customer service has been fantastic. I would use Boostgadgets for anything else in the future and also highly recommend

Friendly emails about phone that I sent in didn’t get full price was supposed to get but just waiting on the funds and person was nice enough

The company said my phone was a certain value based on brand-new condition boxed and sealed. When they got it they then said it was a risk to take a new phone in case it was blocked and revised the offer by £200 less when I said no, they refused to return my phone. They then sent me up an offer an additional £5 if I agree quickly to sell it, please avoid these people. They con artists
