I think it's really easy to use and there is lots of support for technophobes like me.

Bookwhen is easy to set up and very customer friendly.
Staff are professional and will give you the advice you need when you require it.
The price extremely competitive and the additional features superb. If I had found this booking system initially I would never have changed, but I have now signed a contract with another provider.

Bookwhen is a great system to use. Simple to create courses, sessions and events as an organiser and equally as easy for people to use to book on. We would definitely recommend.

An absolute must for anyone that provides online training sessions and webinars. An absolute doddle to sync to your zoom and payments platform and even easier to schedule the events. Particularly love that you can upgrade and downgrade as and when you want.

I love bookwhen - I have used it for my yoga business for years. I decided to try another platform a few years back and found so many problems that I didn't have with bookwhen. I love the monthly payment structure - I know exactly what I'm paying every month rather than some platforms which charge a percentage. When I need help with something I have always received great support promptly. The help pages are great and are easy to follow step by step.
