These people are scammers. I paid them $2000 and they never finished the editing and just started ghosting me. I used them in September 2024

They do not get a hold of me to give me any updates. I supposed to be published at five different places. I paid them $300.00. I can’t call. No return calls. Sent messages to their Facebook messenger service. Says could not send. First was a bad one named Trevor. Ya then they got me with Dave. I feel very unimportant and swept under the rug. I need them to be professional. I am very disappointed at the moment. There is a glitch in my Amazon kindle n I can’t fix it. I cannot change any settings in my account something is wrong, I try to reach out to them. I’ve sent email, messenger texts, messaging texts and phone calls but nothing.

They are horrible. There are so many other book publishing companies you should consider. They promised all kinds of things and they fail to deliver. They continually promised and never corrected errors, typos etc. They don't answer and reply correctly and it goes on for months. Choose someone else before you are miserable. They good at lying and wasting your time. Any good reviews would have to be them writing them.

The Book Publishers USA LLC is a fraud company Chad Wilson & Ted Baker after sending them additional $700 paid total of $1,000. Never heard from them not returning my telephone calls. I had to make a FBI report for fraud and bank transfer.

Although my project is not complete, the best part of my interaction has been with Trevor Holmes. He has been very responsive and has delivered thus far everything discussed and promised. He response promptly to calls and emails so I am excited to see what the final project will look like. If I could, I would give Trevor 5 stars I have some other experiences that the jury is still out on. Once I have the final project I will come back and hopefully up my rating to 5 star.

This company makes so many errors, late and full of broken promises. Extremely unprofessional! I wouldn't recommend to anyone!

So far, they have met my expectations. They have responded in a very professional manner. They are timely and accommodating. We have not yet completed the project, but it has been a very pleasant experience so far.
