Honest and truthful

Tom B at The Trader Lab (Bookmap) is great. Takes a little while to learn the acronyms etc with the volume profile and other charts, but well worth the study.. The participants at the T Lab are great as well with helping answer my questions etc. The support at BM is fantastic as well; they are always very punctual with getting bk in touch with answers to my questions.

Tom B and the traders lab is where it’s at. Words don’t do justice not sure how that chat room is free. I’ve just got started and Tom B has already saved my life.

They use their products and set an example for aspiring traders. It’s not all fun, it’s a business. The products remind you daily of its evolution and seriousness, with advanced tools designed for goal-oriented career growth in the market.

No era lo que esperaba. No basta con solo agarrar un plan tienes que pagar mucho mas extra por querer hacer otras cosas, como por ejemplo me parece ilógico que tomar un plan de 50 dolares no te de gratis ver historial de dias anteriores solo de 1 hora...

si van agarrar el servicio mucho cuidado solo te dan 1 historial de 1 hora, con 1 hora jamas puedes hacer un análisis, prácticamente te estan obligando a comprar un plan de 100 dolares y quien sabe si tendrás que pagar mucho mas.

apenas lo utilize 6 dias y no me gusto, tarde en poder entender la aplicación y aparte tarde en poder saber que después de pagar un plan de 50 tendría que pagar mas, mas y mas. por eso me tarde los 6 dias. malísimo servicio no dar periodo de prueba a un nuevo usuario para saber y entender si funciona. mi calificación es malísima para este servicio jamas lo recomendaria.

Servicio al cliente en cuanto a respuesta 100% atentos. lo demás no sirve.

Bookmap has improved my trading so much! I'm learning order flow trading at Traivend, which is much harder without being able to see in Bookmap where liquids are located, how strongly they've been absorbed, how fast a movement was, etc. Anyone who's ever worked with Bookmap won't want to be without it. I think the price is perfectly reasonable. On the Bookmap website and in Discord, you have a large community, several trading setups, and very experienced traders like Bruce who can help with questions and even hold live trading sessions.

Very useful software. Could be a little pricey, but nice visual way to display the order flow.

The program does not allow installation on a different partition, which is a basic feature most software provides. I reached out to support, and instead of giving a clear explanation, the agent insisted on scheduling a screen-sharing session. I’m not comfortable with that — I just want to understand why it’s not possible to choose a different installation path.

This limitation makes the software inflexible for users who manage their storage differently, and support should be more transparent and informative instead of pushing for remote sessions.
