Great communication from the team, especially Hayat! My tour was booked quick and easily and they kept in touch throughout the whole process.

I was a bit nervous a first, never having used them before. But my fears were laid to rest quickly. They kept prompt and regular contact through WhatsApp. Everything went well, even though our pickup for the first tour was late, we were kept in the picture about the reason for the delay and it did not impact on our excursion at all. Their prices are competitive and the transactions went smooth. They always checked up on how we were doing and how the tour went. My thanks to Dilek at Bookfromlocals. I will use them again.

Communication all via WhatsApp and very confusing. Was told the rafting was 30 minutes away- it was 1 1/2 hrs away!!! The rafting and staff were great but as people had booked lots of extras, zip wire,quad etc there was A LOT of hanging about and this puts ne of doing any yours again with this company. Rafting 3 hrs yet out for 9 hrs!!

It was a lovely day out with my family, my two girls 12 and 15 enjoyed there experience boat ride. Will comeback again .

Мы ездили с данным тур оператором в каньон на джипинг там мы побывали на плантациях бананов и увидели красивейший вид с высоты гор на всю Аланию . По пути мы плотно покушали и поехали в каньон где искупались и классно отдохнули . Так же у нас был Мега веселый гид который нам устроил водяную битву на Машинах. Это первый тур где были .Затем поехали в тур на корабле где проплыли возле больших гор и скал над которыми красуется местная крепость Алании . Много плавали в море а так же нас хорошо накормили и устроили дискотеку . На пенной дискотеке было весело . Нам оба раза все понравилось спасибо большое)

Did cable car, a jeep safari and rafting/quads with book from locals. All the tours - communication / transfers etc were outstanding. Nadia and Hayat were super helpful. No complaints at all

We booked this Safari through bookfromlocal via watsap they were reasonably priced and the safari was amazing we really enjoyed it but YULIA was really helpful the communication was excellent the transfers to and from location was really smooth. Thank you very much.

Pirate Boat trip in Antalya.

I booked a pirate boat cruise for myself, husband and two children. This was for the Red Dragon all inclusive.

Firstly our transfers where 1 hour late. When we arrived we where escorted in the wrong boat, (beyond our knowledge) called Medusa. We were only informed this by the Medusa staff when I went to get a drink from the bar and they told me my all inclusive drinks package was not included on their boat.

Medusa staff arranged for me and my family to travel by an unsafe speed boat (with no life jackets) to the Red Dragon boat. My son hurt his arm climbing into the boat (as seen in the screen shot below) Me and my family had no choice but to get on the Red Dragon as we had not brought any Euros as we had already paid for an all inclusive price and we had no means to get any drinks whist on Medusa. We had come to the conclusion that Red Dragon had left the peir without us as the transferred that your company arranged for us was 1 hour late, so we missed our boat. NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!! Then we we arrived at the peir your staff just put us on any boat without me knowing.

We did not arrive on the Red Dragon until after 12 then were hurried to eat food before they quickly cleared it away (not a relaxing experience at all) this was no fault of the staff on the Red Dragon, this was because YOUR team did not organise our trip properly.

We arrived back at the pier at the end of the tour at 3.30pm. But the tour was supposed to last until 4.30/5pm.

We arrived at our transfers at 3.30pm only to be informed that the driver had to wait for other people from a different boat tour (Medusa boat) until 5pm. Me and my family had to wait on the bus for an hour and a half for the other people. As our boat trip was all inclusive we did not bring any euros on our trip so had no money to get water. I have two children who are 10 and 12 and where very thirsty. The driver very kindly purchased us some water from a local store. We finally left after the driver collected the other people at 5pm and we didn’t get back to our hotel (which is an hour away from Kemer) until 6.50pm Me and my family where sitting on that bus from 3.30pm until 6.50pm. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!!

I paid €130 for this boat trip which was completely ruined by your company’s organisation skills. I am extremely disappointed and disgusted with your services. My family where excited about the boat trip which turned out to be the day from hell. No enjoyment at all. We missed the majority of the boat trip due to YOUR companies bad organisation.

I have what apples messaged and emailed this company and I have been ignored. They told me they would I compensate me but they haven’t. I wanted my money back. Disgusting service AVOID or you’ll be robbed.

We booked a day tour to see Antalya.A big scam.We were picked up at the hotel then joined up with another random tour guide Ms.Zehra The person Mr.Elif who picked us up was surpose to take us around to our understanding.He did not inform us of his plans to say we meeting up with others.He instead dumped us with this women who robbed us from our experience who was not doing her job. spoked in Russian accomadating the others in the group who she had.We felt like outcast as if she was doing us a favour,even though they could speak English.She rushed through the day.We did not get to experience the cable car ride because this company double booked.Everything was short cut to suit their agenda.She did not take us to the main atrraction Hadrian's Gate we surpose to stroll through the old city which never happened.She instead dropped us off for an hour at a stupid Grand Bazaar for an hour which was not part of the deal.We wasted our valuable time and money going with this company.Please do not book with them they don't offer what was promised.In the end she wanted us to take a taxi back to the hotel.I objected to pay because they had an agreement to drop us off at the hotel.Then she asked another couple to take the taxi instead.(THIS IS CHEATING)We left Antalya not seeing what needed to be seen.The following day we had to leave so we couldn't fix the blunder.A HUGE REGRET.Pay extra and go with another company.The organizers are not on the ground to experience while their so called LOCAL GUIDES rip you people off.We have to take the fall while they dictate from their offices.They don't have a clue of the racket these guides are running AND THEY ARE ALWAYS IN THE RIGHT.Organizers remember tourist don't always repeat or go back to a place they visited so please make it memrable with a good outcome and not miserable where your guides that you employ benefit to their advantage.We pay and they suppose to deliver.Not leave their babies in care of others and then rob the tourist with their experience.WE wasted our time and money paying airfares travelling to Antalya to see places and then get ripped off by doggy people.People should be honest and make this world a better place not catch people out to their advantage.Everything is expensive so please respect peoples their money time and holiday experience.This trip dampen our whole trip and journey to Turkey.It will always be THE MISERABLE DAY.Thanks to your local guides.Please look into the info we given you so thet others don't suffer.I hope customers do take note of points mentioned so they don't end up like us.Horrible experince.BIG REGRET.

Regarding the Pick up: driver was Just in time. Very friendly and the car was in a good condition.

Buggy Safari: very professional team, amazing experience

Don't book from them Captain Tasos fishing trip in Kos island. They will try charge you 25£. And if you go to direct website you will pay on the boat. The lady said to me pay 25£ deposit and then 105£ on boat. 105£ is 122€. When I contact different website the gentleman said to me you will pay 120€ on boat and don't pay anything on website. That's how they cheating people. Avoid avoid

We just get back from amazin trip.
1. Trip supposed to be without shopping, but mainly object were shopping centres instead of tourist objects.
2. Time in Pamukkale was too.short only 3 hours.
3. Food was crap, and they forces you to buy a drinks, because they dis not allowed you to have your own.
4. Guide haven't got much knowledge about thr objects
Why should we use your company again?

I booked rafting and Jeep safari! They promised “An open-top Land Rover Defender”. Instead they used a very old minibus!!! I texted them and they told me they will check and get back to me! They never did.They lied to us and made our day awful I will never trust them or use their service ever again and want everyone to know this group is lying and should not be trusted.
