Awful!!!!! Do not buy from this company. Returned £90 worth of clothing few days after delivery, selected original payment method, which would have been Klarna (used pay in 3 so only one payment has so far gone out) return details emailed, parcel sent and received at warehouse. Only then did they notify me that apparently I chose gift card for refund. I did not, why would I when iv used Klarna and returning the whole order?? Refusing to change, I have requested evidence of me selecting gift card, evidence of them notifying me of this prior to items being sent etc and nothing. Requested details of whom I can raise a formal dispute to in line with their complaints procedure and now being ignored. Now taking up a dispute through Klarna and hopefully they will assist, otherwise I’m paying the remaining £60 for the pay In 3 for a gift card??! Make it make sense. Oh and clothes are crap quality also! Spend your money elsewhere

Not even worth a star. I have never experienced such bad customer service. Awaiting a refund, waited the standard amount of days but it has gone over this time and I have tried to contact via what’s app, email as no telephone number with no reply!
Very disappointing customer service
Very disappointing customer service experience with Boohoo.
My order arrived with someone else’s clothing order inside the package. When I tried to contact customer service, I had to go through an AI chatbot that made it extremely difficult and time-consuming to reach a real person.
After a lot of back and forth, I finally spoke with a human agent who instructed me to return the item using the return details that came in the package. However, those return details were actually for the other customer’s order that I had received by mistake. I followed their instructions anyway.
It has now been more than 20 days since the warehouse received the returned package. When I contacted customer service again to ask about the refund, I was told that the returned item does not belong to my order. Once again, I had to go through the same chatbot process before reaching a human, repeating the same information all over again.
There is no phone number or email address for customer support, and every time you send a message it starts a brand new chat, meaning you have to explain the entire issue repeatedly.
Overall, this has been an extremely frustrating experience. I wish I had read the Trustpilot reviews before ordering. I would not recommend Boohoo based on my experience.

Was mis sold the yearly delivery service promising next day delivery and on the two occasions I have placed order neither arrived the next day. In fact I waiting 3 days for both.
I complained to customer services on both occasions and requested a refund for the delivery cost but this was reused.
Saying it was “ unfortunate” and they were “sorry” but would not offer a refund as the delivery cost service had been used.
I will not buy from them again. Shein is more reliable and better customer service.

I ordered two tops in different colours in a size 10, one arrived and the left arm was SIGNIFICANTLY SHORTER than the right arm, as if one arm was for a 5 year old and the other for a giant! I opened the second bag hoping atleast that would work, and the top was around an oversized size 22 when I wanted a size 10! I have requested a refund and WILL NEVER order from them again!! I urge you not to either !!

I have been a loyal premier customer of boohoo and the service is shocking. Orders take longer than next day and refunds take forever. I pressed the option of a refund via giftcard and have been chasing up for this for this to be told it has been sent and still haven't received...keep being told to be patient and then told it was sent when and still have not received. Rejected my returned items leaving me with debt on my klarna account that I had to pay to avoid getting my credit score smashed to pieces.
There’s no contact number to speak to anyone just an AI messenger that doesn’t let you send messages and the facebook icon takes you to a random page that belongs to a singer it doesn’t even connect you to boohoo. It’s IMPOSSIBLE to reach a solution and I am now £150 out of pocket. It’s reminded me why I stopped ordering from boohoo and I will NEVER USE THEM EVER AGAIN. Avoid avoid avoid
What has happened to Boohoo?!
I used to use Boohoo regularly but haven't for some time, and decided to order a top this week. I chose next day delivery since I needed it quick (spoiler - next day delivery took four days). Customer service does not exist, you just get auto-generated messages again and again that make you want to rip your hair out and the messages even say to AVOID SENDING FURTHER MESSAGES - who is this helping?! They've done away with their phone line and their Messenger link from their website is attached to a random singer BOO HOO, not them! Shocked at how it's gone downhill, the app is also terrible and poorly made. I highly suspect they're about to go into administration. I will not repurchase, awful!

Posted a return and was emailed a gift card for return which I do not remember choosing. Thank goodness I used Klarna or I may have lost over £50. Customer service is not helpful either. I will never order from this company again.
DON'T BUY WITH BOOHOO, NOT LIABLE COMPANY
I placed two orders in January and the refunds have taken far too long to be processed. Trying to contact customer service has been extremely frustrating. The only ways to reach them are through Messenger or email. Emails go unanswered, and Messenger provides mostly automated or irrelevant replies. Even when you finally get connected to an advisor, the chat often disconnects before the issue is resolved. Overall, this has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had.
One of the orders included an item purchased on Boohoo from QUIZ. I returned the item in January following all the instructions provided, including sending the parcel through the Post Office as directed. Despite this, I have still not received my refund.
They asked me to provide the Post Office receipt as proof of return. I sent them all the receipts I had. Unfortunately, I only kept the QUIZ receipt for about two weeks before I travelled, and I no longer have it. However, they should still be able to confirm the return through QUIZ and Evri, since the parcel was sent back according to their own return instructions.
Instead, they are claiming they cannot issue the refund without that receipt and that they cannot communicate with QUIZ. This should not be my responsibility, as I followed all the required steps to return the item. Because of this, I am now being told I will not receive my full refund.
This entire situation feels extremely unfair and poorly handled. I followed the process exactly as instructed, yet I am still struggling to get my money back. I used to shop with them regularly, but after this experience I will not be buying from them again. Very disappointing service.

Refund turned into expiring gift cards – £104.69 lost
I’ve been a customer of Boohoo for years but this experience has been extremely disappointing.
I returned items and my refunds were issued as gift cards without me clearly realising, each with a 3-month expiry. I have now been told that two of these expired and £104.69 of my refund has been lost.
Breakdown Boohoo sent me:
• £13.90 – expired
• £90.79 – expired
• £3.72 – still active
• £35.21 – already spent
Customer service simply told me expired gift cards cannot be reinstated, meaning over £100 of my own refund has disappeared.
I do not believe this is fair or transparent. Refunds should normally go back to the original payment method, and a 3-month expiry on refund vouchers is extremely short.
I have asked Boohoo to either reinstate the expired vouchers or refund £104.69, but so far they have refused.
I hope Boohoo reviews this and resolves the issue because at the moment this feels very unfair to customers.
Avoid if you may want to return anything
I used to use Boohoo regularly years ago and never had an issue so I ordered from there without checking reviews.
I ordered a top which didn’t fit me so I wanted to return it. The top cost £12 + £5.99 delivery (and student discount). I filed for a return, they don’t refund shipping AND charge a return fee on top so my refund amount was a measly £8.
On top of all this, I returned the top on the 19th Feb and it was quickly received in the Boohoo warehouse on the 20th. Still waiting for refund on the 6th March and customer service is useless AI slop

My order was never delivered to the in post locker and trying to get a refund is virtually impossible. Contacting boohoo via messenger is a joke as I got random replies that didn’t relate to my query. Twice it said I would be transferred to customer service but never was. Awful company and would never shop with them again.

Paypal has now sent me notification of their refund- I originally paid £16.08 and the refund is £10 - it’s daylight robbery, £6 deducted for a top that weighs next to nothing?

I returned some pants in January 2026 , my refund has not been put back into my account. I have contacted customer services many times, and got no satisfaction. They just say they need more information. Which i have sent at least 22 times sending all the information to sort the refund. I would never order from them tever again.i feel really upset and frustrated about how I have been treated i wouldn't have given any stars but I couldn't write the review without a star. They don't even deserve 1 star. I feel that they answer and say they will sort it but nothing ever comes of there correspondence.
