My items were cancelled without my knowledge or any explanation. Once I found out what happened,they refunded my clothes order only. I have asked numerous times to refund postage of just under €6 because they were the ones who cancelled my order. I am still waiting & its a matter of principle.

Received a .01 cents deposit from them via PayPal and if I verified it, I was going to be charged $1,200. Problem is… I NEVER placed an order with this company! Thankfully, PayPal shut this transaction down for me. SKETCHY!!!

Paid for express delivery and didn't even receive my order. After 15 days still nothing and having contacted them several times still haven't received my refund or an explanation from them.

Don’t pay for express delivery it is not going to come in the 2 days they say it will if you pay extra. I paid for express delivery and I got my package later then I would have if I just got normal delivery. Terrible service

I was worried after reading all the reviews here about getting a refund but I had absolutely no problem. Refund done in a very good time

It would be great it they actually give me the refund they promised me . Order 5 items one the 2 Dec. 4 of the items came. A pair of shoes I order and paid for never came. I also paid extra for a quick delivery which didn't happen. There was a lot of back and fort saying I received the shoes eventually they admitted the shoe where never in the order and they would issue me a full refund with postage. I have been sending emails every week and getting the same response now they are not even answering me.

I put ONE other in with boohoo, but my order got delivered in 7 different parcels, now I’m expected to pay 3.99 per parcel to return the items… that’s nearly 30euros just as return fees!!
I decided to make use of my consumer rights, and to try to cancel the contract within 14 days, as a EU resident. The instruction on the boohoo website: to do so, I must email costumerservicesATboohoo.co.uk, but my email bounced back, because the address does not exist - I tried costumerservicesATboohoo.com, doesn’t not exist either. Tried the chat bots on the website, Instagram and FB, but they just keep repeating themselves. No help whatsoever. What kind of business is this?!!
I’m contacting my bank and they will escalate the issue for me.
Never again!

Scandalous company. I knew there was a reason I never purchase from here. Trying to get back a refund for express delivery that took over 10days to come. Over and back on emails talking to what seems like a bot. Still not resolved. BOYCOTT, for many other reasons other than this. Cheap labour..cheap products. Any influencer that advertises should be ashamed.

I returned boots because they sent out the wrong size. They said a refund was on the way but no refund was sent. I contacted them a few times, I was told it was sent. I sent them a statement as proof and was ignored. Disgraceful company. Avoid!!!

Would give 0 starts if possible. Ordered a jacket and fleece on December the first expected delivery date was the 8th. It’s now the 11th tried contacting customer service only got through to a bot. Fetched my order details for me nonetheless informed me my package is not even ready for shipping yet. Not ready for shipping yet and was supposed to be delivered 3 days ago. Disgraceful no communication either. The bot also said it is unlikely to be delivered for Christmas. When I asked. I asked to bring this further and it said info will be passed onto a customer support agent and expect a delayed response. I then asked to cancel my order it said please leave it till December 21st nothing can be done until then. When the package will be considered lost. Lost money gone from my account hasn’t even been prepared for shipping left and your telling me I’ve to wait till the 21st for anything to be done and it was supposed to be delivered the 8th.

They sent me the wrong dress i have been trying to get in touch with customer service they didn't reply to me since being of November, I sent the dress back and asked for full refund as it was not my fault they sent the wrong dress and the dress arrived to Boohoo and no refund or any response , scam , had to escalate it with my bank, Order number EU120507120

Item described as 50% cotton 50% polyester. When it arrived it was 95% polyester. Want to return for a refund but unhappy to have to pay €4 for return when item not as described. Sent boohoo.ie photo evidence by both channels available to me, firstly following their email link, and then messenger when nobody responded to my email. Both messages have been ignored. Still no response. Avoid this company.

Purchased three dresses online from Boohoo.ie .
I decided to return all three of them. When trying to return them via the boohoo portal only two dresses are coming up to return. They are all within the time frame. I have contacted them on all sources but Unfortunately no one has got back to me . I will not be using their site again

I unfortunately cannot give a rating low enough. I honestly have never been so apauled by customer service. I have tired every form of communication and 3 days later still no response. I purchased a jacket that literally crumbled apart and damaging clothing in the process.
Cheap material and useless customer service will never purchase from this company again.

Next day (2 working days) delivery is a scam. It use to be great and come on time. Not anymore. Been trying to contact customer service and all I’m getting is an AI bot that can’t give answers. I’m on the 4th working day now and an post still haven’t received the package off them.

Trying to contact customer service is like trying to contact Donald Trump absolutely awful customer service , will never order again from boohoo ordered 6 items 1 arrived saying on its website 3 was delivered . Never again !

I orderd 3 weeks ago for a wedding sandels and never received after paying for next day delivery numerous text back they now say my parcels was returned and and I have to wait another 2weeks for refund not acceptable this is so unprofessional and annoying telling me all different things
