BonLook Recenzje

My daughter and I just happen to be in the mall doing a little bit of running around. I seen the Bonlook store and had to run in and take a look. There was so much to choose from that we spent so much time there. The staff were very friendly, helpful and we enjoyed our experience. By the time we were through we had both ordered two pairs of glasses. Can’t wait for them to be ready and pick them up.

We’ve been Bon Look customers for years but lived in a province without a retail location. We had a great experience at the Sherway store. Employees helped to create a friendly, helpful, no-pressure environment. Purchased two pairs for my husband and ended up coming back for one pair for me.

The service is excellent, we got great advice and our order was processed promptly. Thank you.

One extremely happy customer, the sales rep (Aleni) is an expert she immediately figured out which frames suits best on the face, the trip was short and extremely satisfactory

Super bon service, rapide et efficace pour l’essayage, le choix et les mesures. Je me suis sentie en confiance. Je n’ai pas encore mes lunettes alors je ne peux qualifier toute la démarche. À suivre!

Very helpful staff, great frames

Very professional & courteous. I would recommend Bon Look!

I had a wonderful experience in your store on Notre Dame st., Montreal. As soon as I entered I was greeted by a sales rep. The rep understood my needs and proceeded to show me many different frames I could choose from and I’m thrilled with my choice.

My first visit to BonLook was also my first time getting prescription sunglasses. Super-friendly and helpful staff explained really clearly how it all worked and what the options were for frames and the type of lens. No rushing, no up-selling, and very professional advice when asked. An excellent experience!

I received a great service in the store. Na jot was very helpful and even after few occasions I been to the store the associates are friendly. I got 2 glasses and they called me when they are ready and when I also picked it up they gave me the time to make sure my glasses are great to go and if there is any adjustment needed.

Always great customer service at the West Edmonton Mall location.

So far so good. I have not received the glasses yet but the initial purchase was delightful. The two you g ladies working that day were a total breath of fresh air.

From the moment I was into the Chinook Centre Bonlook location I was treated extremely well. I was styled by Noelle. I’m sorry I did not get the name of the optician who assisted me. The customer service I received was super & I would definitely come back to this location because of that. Thanks Bonlook

The person who helped me, Axel, was incredibly kind and attentive to my needs. He went above any beyond! I loved my shopping experience and I’m excited to receive my purchase.

Service amical, professionnel et efficace! 10/10
