Order consisted of several packages sent by several other vendors which was not made apparent in anyway during the ordering process. The packages were packaged poorly (an accessories bag was shipped duct taped between two pieces of cardboard as an example).

First of all, we would like to say that we are sorry about the experience you had.
We print the exact address you wrote on the delivery label. However, the cargo personnel writes the name and surname on the label and directs it to the address registered in their system, and in this case, if the officer does not look carefully and the address is registered incorrectly, unfortunately this situation occurs.
When we look at our records, both of your orders were sent via MNG cargo and your address is registered incorrectly in the MNG cargo system. We gave the necessary warning to our friends and called MNG to convey the situation, We hope this will be a solution.

I bought a wallet on your sister…
I bought a wallet on your sister company Mahfelle.com with a better price but then it comes out that the prices on Mahfelle was wrong. They told me that it is stock out but then they said the prices on Mahfelle is wrong. Anyways, they directed me to Bonherre and I picked a wallet. The only nice thing was Bonherre applied a discount code which is not good as Mahfelle. I ordered that product on Bonherre and it is almost a week I havent received the product. I cannot see the status of my cargo also. I pay more money and have not received the goods yet.

Şirket kargomu hızlı ve özenli olarak gönderdi, ayrıca küçük hediye için teşekkür ederim lakin hediye orjinal ürün gibi değildi, Proraso ürün etiketleri özenle ve düzgün yapıştırılır ayrıca ürün içindeki balm arko krem ile aynı, mevcut kullandığım proraso ürünleri ile alakası yok fakat zaten hediye olduğu için çok önemsemedim.
