Please report to ACCC if you have had problems with these dodgy people. I have started a report!
They sell cheap and nasty things, they arrive broken and then they ignore you, and block you.
Have been trying to get in contact with them for a month yesterday.. don't use afterpay l... they don't do disputes, they just want their money.

Reading all these reviews freaked me out just ordered today. Just received tracking number now, few hours after I payed for it. it's arrived at post office on the way.

These guys look reputable enough from the appearance of their online store. However my experience makes me wish I read the other review first. I made an order 3 weeks ago and paid direct to their bank account. I tried several times to email and phone to ask when my order would be received. I eventually received a brief email stating they had not received my payment. I sent proof from my bank and still have heard nothing. It is safe to assume I have been ripped off and they have kept my funds denying receipt. Do not shop here. They obviously do not care about their reputation.

I order some 10cm pipes then received the wrong size pipes. They refused to rectify the problem and said I needed to video the unwrapping of my parcel to prove it was in fact the wrong product. The pipes were clearly the wrong size and having serial numbers on the bags obviously not enough for them. Stay well away from this company. The emails I received were both sent at 3am so clearly not from Australia.

Took 12.days for them to process the order

Complete SCAM. They claimed to have sent my order to the wrong address and have refused to rectify. They don't answer any communications.

it broke while cleaning it. the glass isn't bong proof. it shatters like a cheap wine glass

$200 mystery box, got sent 2 glass pieces worth a total of $50 a few papers. A scale and little plastic bags and a Bic lighter. Spent more for express shipping still took way longer than it should have and one of the glass pieces was shattered upon package which was shipped in a reused box filled with receipt paper and minimal bubble wrap. Absolute scam. I understand it's a mystery box, but what kind of business has to re use a half destroyed box? DO NOT SHOP HERE

Paid in full for my order on Monday even paid for express shipping it’s almost Wednesday and I still haven’t received any tracking information and customer support just keep ignoring my attempts to resolve this issue. I seriously advise against using this site I don’t believe they have any intention on honouring my $190 order as hey offer no help and have breached their own terms and conditions by falsely guaranteeing next day delivery

company is a complete scam.
placed an order 2 months ago which was $409 AUD, received a confirmation email and then nothing.
emailed them several times and got nothing back. called the number on their website but no one picked up.
after going through the reviews on here i can see that this is a reoccurring issue and i probably won’t see that money again or my actual order.
learnt the hard way i guess but hope with more people writing reviews like this maybe it’ll save someone else getting scammed in future.

Absolutely disgusted with the “No Contact” after being sent a faulty product I have tried every avenue to contact them and 2 weeks later still nothing 🤬 i would not recommend this company guess once anything leaves their warehouse they give no f*#ks, the monies in their pocket already!! Not a way to run a business and in the lifetime of my online shopping I have never encountered such an approach!!

I paid $16 for express shipping yet it took them 5 days to actually post it, I tried to contact them no one would actually answer my call to talk to me they would only text. I asked for a refund on the $16 for express shipping they stated they would get back to me and over two weeks later no one has bothered to contact me in regards to my refund. They have also not sent me what I actually ordered and paid for, so very poor customer service will definitely not be using them again 🤬🤬🤬

I've just placed an order about two hours ago
......great site setup felt comfortable and didn't feel a need to se how reputable they are and went ahead spent money I didn't really have but it was a treat due to little win of $80 on lotto .....then I spend just over $50 and kinda shocked at postal charge of $16 but ok faster the better it gets here now I went to Facebook saw reviews there now this Im shattered hoping that they do the right thing and it's all been an attack on the for no reason .
Time will tell next day or so .
Then I'll be up here writing or singing praises or heading south to do a personal meet and greet ....

No response for 3 months after breakage in post first bong I paid for was outta stock so why take money for out of stock items,anyway given a choice to swap pic was a good pic just a lot bigger mouthpiece then I was after but I'd of been all good if only it wasn't broken on arrival . Not sure why they ignore me I want my pipe or refund it's a dead set joke from a site that claims it will sort all issues as you promise on your site!!! I'd b considering bongs online aus they are 100%on bongsandpipes which has lost a customer and I will get my money back off my bank so yous will lose in the end tomorrow I'm off to bank to take payment back aye so hope it won't b to hard ! Pffffft your service is crap guys so dissatisfied and dissapointed with my order and the response I still await a reply. I bet they don't reply on here either no wonder they have a crap rating why would you ignore your customers? Bet if I ordered something they'd take my money again wth no closure on the 150$+ I'm owed, finally got in contact with owner I think Ive asked to have it sorted with a better pipe or a refund after 3 months on hold least they could do is upgrade my purchase or refund the original purchase the site says satisfaction gauranteed that they respond to complaints usually in 2 days and they failed all this let's hope I can come back and change this from a negative to a positive review as I'd b happy wth the issue just to be sorted I've been smoking plastics cause my glass was broken so it's a health issue as well since the pipe is for medical weed use !!! I'll let u know the outcome! Give me a few days to check that they can replace the pipe with a slightly more expensive tag but after 3 months and satisfaction that they gaurantee so far still at 0 stars but at least it's been acknowledged! Ended up with a refund as the pipe I wanted was yep you guessed it it was out of stock definitely not satisfied with my order or how everything was dealt with . TWICE I have ordered a certain coloured product and TWICE I have been sent the wrong thing. Tried to reach out however there’s no response. Postage is fast but that’s useless when it’s not what I actually ordered.

Took over a month to get my order (paid for express shipping) as manager was on leave and staff took no action until manager returned. Have messaged and emailed - like many other reviews got no response
