Today I dealt with Bond Turner over a very stressful car accident.
The team have been great helping me to arrange all the documents and bank details I had to link to them on open banking.
These two guys Mathew and Mimi were incredible thank you guys without you the hire car would have gone back!

Bond Turner successfully handled my personal injury accident
Bond Turner handled my personal injury case after being knocked off of my bike by a motorist. They handled the whole process from start to finish in a professional and ethical manner, keeping me informed at all stages of the claim. They clearly explained the legal steps being taken at each stage. They challenged the motorists insurance company who were undervaluing my injuries which resulted in my case going to court. The Bond Turner barrister represented me and successfully won the case resulting in an increased compensation payout. Bond turner solicitors are incredible
Miss ker (barrister) and Mr.Ian was brilliant in their jobs. They explained to me really nicely of the situation. The barrister against us was really tough and yet Miss barrister pulled off the case brilliantly on to our side .

Going into this process I was very anxious and felt that I would struggle to communicate effectively with solicitors as I tend to struggle in general with people I think of as "Officey people," but throughout this process I have been pleasantly suprised a few times by Chantal Rabbetts and her team that dealt with me. Chantal in particular was always warm & understanding to speak to and I didn't ever feel rushed off the phone or like my feelings were dismissed out of hand which was great.
Another stand out mention was Tim Grover who even patched into a zoom call while on holiday to give helpful advice.
Overall I would recommend Bond Turner based on my experiences & feel that I was justly represented.

The interaction with bond turner solicitors was very consistent all through the period of the accident and through to my recovery . They were helpful and had the patience to guide me through the steps even when I was difficult at times due to my condition .
