I have been frequent customer of Bonanza and have found their products range and quality to be exceptional.The staff is also very cooperative and helpful.Whenever I visit , their stitched suits range has always been my go-to category.Their wide perfume is also something that attracts me every time.Overall, my experience has always been great.

Shopping at Bonanza Satrangi has always been fun due to their quality products and fantastic designs. Personally, I prefer their unstitched suits. However, I would suggest that they increase the variety of Kurta Shalwar available in XS size to cater to customers like me who want to purchase them for their family members.

Since my childhood I have been taking their products. Either its Gents Shalwar Kurta or Ladies Garments. They are best in every thing. Recently bought Perfume and Cosmetics for my wife and guess what it was superbbbb. Keep up the good work. Thank you Bonanza.

I have placed my order twice. First time after 5 days they emailed me saying order was canceled.
I placed another order which I shouldn't have, they charged the money but never sent my order. My $184 down the drain 😪 😕

The cheaper & deficient service ever experienced is Bonanza. After 9 days of placing my order when I asked about my order status, they said your order is canceled. like seriously #TATTI service

Worst place to shop at. Never replied to my emails, let alone helping me sort the issue!

They took my money in October but I never received my order which they claimed was delivered in January. It was not. They will not answer my messages or emails.

Fraud TOTAL FRAUD AT ALL I placed 3 orders and After taking payment they say payment not received Money is out of my account and even hbl bank shows message it says payment received but they say did not receive and they will take your money and will never give your order total fraud please go to other website there are a lot of other websites in Pakistan

I ordered 2 suits. 2 weeks later when demanding an update on my order, I was told that the suits could not be sent as I don't have a VAT number. A VAT number is granted by the UK government for businesses and I was purchasing for myself. In this situation I asked for a refund but the company stopped replying.
Pure fraud.
