Poor customer care service and worst exchange policy. After selling products they behave like aliens Rip monanza .

This is by way of feedback about my current shopping experience on Bonanza, and should suffice to explain why I will not be using them in future: on March 25, I purchased a shirt. Thus far, all I have to show for it is absolutely not a peep from the seller, and one message (eventually) from Bonanza, advising that I take this up with PayPal (which I am). I sent 2 messages to the seller and 3 to Bonanza. Almost 2 weeks later, all I have is a dispute via PayPal. It must be obvious why people shop on Amazon.

finished all steps to create account, i connect everything am experienced multiplatform seller, but after i did all i couldn't finish account settings last niche to add payment method .. i contacted customer service and guess what THEY DELITED MY WHOLLE ACCOUNT!!! they are joke pure Joke!!

Beware of seller Chandiagomart!

Bonanza's platform encourages criminal activity.

Seller "Chandiagomart" offers expensive electronic products at half the going rate.

I purchased a Beelink GTR6 mini pc and two days later got given a tracking number that didn't work. It's 5 days in and it still doesn't work. The seller is giving a nonsense story about "postal service issues". They also refuse to provide proof of postage.

The seller is a scammer who PRETENDS to stock and post items. They make up a false tracking number and blame the Malaysian postal service when it doesn't work.

The force the buyer to lodge a claim with PayPal I suspect that they keep their initial sales money.

Whether I will get my money back is uncertain at this stage.

I may contact a solicitor in Malaysia to send the seller a letter of demand as I have their business registration number.

Suffice to say do not use Bonanza! It is very lax and encourages crime in clear sight!

I bought something using bonanza. After 3 days without a tracking number for shipping I contacted bonanza help desk. They told me to contact the seller, and that's when I realized it was a foreign company(the product I bought is made in the USA!). I sent the seller a message, they asked me to wait 3 weeks. Luckily I used PayPal, so I contacted them and my purchase was refunded the next day. 2 days later, bonanza sent me an email saying that the seller was no longer registered with them, and I should seek a refund. NEVER again I will use this website. Thank you PayPal!

This website is a scam. Bonanza attempted to take £20 from me today, though I bought from them.

I was a seller on Bonanza. Spare yourself and sell you product somewhere else. They do not communicate with sellers at all. They also will shut your store down without any forewarning at all and will not answer any requests for information. The traffic/sales are extremely minimal and not worth the headache at all!!!!

Ordered an item via bonanza 3 weeks ago but I have not received delivery or any confirmation from the seller despite sending them two emails. I have also sent PayPal two emails explaining the situation but no response from them either. Looks like I have been scammed! Should have taken more notice of previous reviews stating the same.. so beware !!

Shipping seems to be a problem with this company

We are a seller on Bonanza.
Fairly simple layout, little different then other sites, but works just fine.
Customer service has been great the few times we have needed them. This important to us, but more importantly, for our Customers should there ever be an issue.
If you have listed products on other sites, such as eBay, I would recommend branching out with Bonanza.

Both of the products I ordered on Bonanza were scams. In each case, the seller got the money and never sent the product. When I tried to open an inquiry with Bonanza, they marked my transaction as refunded, even though it wasn't. I will never use this site again, and recommend you stay clear as well.

By tomorrow, Bonanza will have made up some bogus reason to get this review squashed.

The shipping was fast and items just as described thanks, I will definitely do business again!

Have been selling on Bonanza for a few years. Not as much sales as on eBay but why place all eggs in one basket? Most sales comes from Google Shopping so it's very important to list your items correctly.

I only wished that they could let us sellers remove PayPal as payment option after we have activated Stripe. Stripe is way better and they also has lower fees. PayPal is just expensive and overall boring with 0 customer service.

The Coleman tent that I order from Bonanza was delivered on schedule when I email Bonanza a support team member Brianna responded back to me in a reasonable time and was very appreciative and the Coleman tent that I order from Bonanza was cheaper than other sites on line. Thanks again going camping next week can’t wait to use it. From Your Happy Camper 👍🏼😁

The staff at Bonanza was very helpful in getting my sales site back up on their platform.
Once we got it back up I got 461 vies the next day
