I was a seller on Bonanza for over 10 years and only sold 2 items and never received any offers from buyers. Then they started to charge fees every month for listing items, but they forgot to tell me they were going to charge me any fees. I never received any invoices from them about the fees so the fees just kept getting added up every month and now I am stuck with 6 months' worth of fees, that I must pay. I closed my booth on their site and I will close my account as fast as they let me, which is another problem. STAY AWAY FROM BONANZA

First & foremost: BONANZA.C0M is a SCAM THIEVERY WEBSITE & NOT A LEGIT BUSINESS OR COMPANY. Buyers & Sellers BEWARE!!!!! They will steal your money & data, delete your account without warning, & BLOCK YOU. They are absolute trash! I opened my seller account & paid all fees asked. I listed several items for sale & followed every rule in their policy. I never got even ONE sale after almost a year of hard work in 2024 but finally was getting some sales in 2025 so busted my tail off all of this year &looking forward to this Holiday Season to really do well & just had uploaded hundreds of sale listings that I PAID FOR. And, what do they do? THEY SUSPENDED MY ACCOUNT for NO REASON, STOLE MY MONEY FOR SEPTEMBER, CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD FOR OCTOBER AFTER ALREADY SUSPENDING & BLOCKING ME LAST MONTH, & THEY CONTINUE TO IGNORE ME!!!! I want my $247 refunded back to me NOW!!!!!!!

I was a seller for over 5 years. I went to update my credit card information and within a minute, got an email that my booth was closed. I emailed support and asked why and they just said, "We cannot reopen your booth at this time." I tried emailing support a few times after that and no one responded to my emails. Got an email a month later saying I owed bonanza $86.20. I replied to that email asking why my booth was closed and would be happy to pay if someone would respond. No one did. Just got another email saying that Bonanza will be pursuing legal action if I do not pay the $86.20. So, I tried to pay with two different cards, the cards will not go through with error messages to email support.

Beware of Bonanza’s billing practices. On 10/08/2025, the same day they closed my account without explanation, they billed me $20 for that month’s service. I never received the service I paid for.

When I complained, Bonanza hid behind their “non-refundable” policy and refused to refund the charge. To me, this is unfair and shows they put their policies above fair treatment of customers.

Warning: If Bonanza decides to close your account, they may still keep your money even if you get no service.

DO NOT USE THIS SITE. Boycott them. Been a seller there for over a decade. Zero traffic and now someone decided I need to pay a bunch of listing fees without warning they were charging my credit card.

SCAMMERS! NOTHING ELSE.
1) Low traffic.
2) No sales for sellers.
3) Support is rude and very unhelpful!
4) They have changed its Terms without a single notification but happy to charge you for listing fees.
5) No trustworthy platform.
6) You pay for the product, but nothing is delivered
7) Managing an account on Bonanza is very problematic. They hide certain options and settings when you want to cancel an account.
8) No option to remove your credit card from the account so they keep charging you no matter what.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO SKIP THESE SCAMMERS!

UPDATE: Just got an email saying they were going to bill me for this month's fees. They were no help whatsoever when I complained in September. If they bill me for this month I will dispute it. I have no store subscription and no listings since September 1st after I paid my August bill and tried to cancel.
I was billed for services I didn't know I was signed up for. I was a long term Bonanza "free" seller. I closed my store several months ago when a supplier went out of business. On August 22 of 2025 I decided to reopen and import my new inventory. I never opened one of their premium stores. In all the years I sold on the site there were no fees until you got a sale. I never got an email or message showing the new fee structure. (Believe me I checked) On September 1 I got an email stating I owed $22.22 which surprised me since I had no idea about the new $20 a month fees for listing there now. I was upset and paid it via Paypal and closed my booth. Next thing I see is another charge for the month of September for the listings that were online for a few hours before I closed my Store. I have no listings up and haven't made any sales. They made it sound like once I paid my fees I could close the store and all would be well. I am not paying for a month's worth of listings that don't exist. There is nothing in my store and I closed my booth as the email confirmation states.
Edited to add their Instagram and Facebook page are gone. Their Twitter/X account only accepts messages from verified users. I put in a ticket and email and will update my review if I am helped.

I ordered 2 creeping thyme ground covers and it stated it would come in containers, but it came wrapped in newspaper & saran wrap. When they arrived i couldn't tell if they were dead or alive. I wrote them but they never responded. They just take your money. don't use this site. it should be shut down!

Screw Quincy....... I had a account since 2012 ,recently I sold a part and tried to redeem my rewards points for a fees reduction, they charged me and then won't give me my discount.........typical of " his" type ,get a good thing then blow all the money on " baby momma " and 40s typical of a incompetent ceo

Bonanza is the e-commerce equivalent of a tumbleweed. No traffic. No traction. No clue. It's baffling how a site with such comically low visibility expects sellers to stick around while their listings collect dust. If they plan to stay afloat on delusion alone, it's working—but just barely.

They closed my seller account for no reason. I don't know if I will receive a refund. A shady and illegal business.

I've had multiple issues with glitches in their website but rarely receive the support I need. The latest issue is that my webstore was suddenly closed (not by me) on the fifth anniversary of me opening the account, and they aren't giving me assistance. All of the product links I've posted online for five years are now broken. It took three emails to them to get a response, but that response was a non-helpful quick response. I immediately replied back, but now it's been two weeks without a reply from them.
PLUS, they raised their seller fees from 3.5% to 11% AND added listing fees!
UPDATE: As of 7/26/25 so far, I still have not heard back from support. I emailed them again on 7/14 without response. I also noticed that their glitchy website turned back ON the setting that I turned OFF to charge my credit card $30 for a shipping balance. I do not use their shipping. I turned it back off (again) and applied for my money back. They will charge me 8% credit card processing fee!

Bonanza is a scam site and they WILL steal your money! I opened an account and went through every step to activate it and paid my $14.99 and set my booth up. I started to use it and things went well for about 1/2 an hour, then the system started messing up and wouldn't let me finish creating my first listing. I logged out, then logged back in thinking it would fix the glitch, but I couldn't even login. I emailed their customer support and a day later received a reply saying that for some unspecified security issue with their system, they could not open my account. That is an incorrect statement as I did open an account, they took my $14.99, then closed my account. These people are a bunch of thieves and scammers. There are no security issues with me or my accounts and I have been an eBay member since May of 1997.

The owners and support staff should be charged with fraud for their business practices.

I'm no rookie to on line selling (26 years) and I had the same issues as the others have listed. When the fee changes were announced I reduced my 4,800 items to 37 items before the May 1 deadline. They still charged me the $20.00 fee. I closed my booth and cancelled my subscription. Even though I had less than 50 items listed they still charged me another $20.00.
I disputed both charges with my credit card company.

The support staff (hello Brianna and Keith) are pitiful.
They could care less about your issues and are just passing time till quitting time and they can go home.

In summation...STAY AWAY FROM THESE HUCKSTERS.

IF YOU ARE STILL IN BONANZA.COM, YOU ARE BEING PLAYED, GET OUT NOW! CLOSE YOUR SELLING BOOTH AND SELLER ACCOUNT! THE ONLY ONES MAKING MONEY HERE ARE BONANZA.COM SELLING THEIR "SELLER PLANS" TO DESPERATE SELLERS, TOTAL SCAM. FAKE TRAFFIC! THIS WEBSITE DESERVES TO BE SHUT DOWN AND THE OWNERS PUNISHED.

This was the first and last time I buy anything through Bonanza.com.

I bought something that was not as advertised. I requested a refund, and the seller was rude and dismissive at first. They ignored my offer to return the item. I posted a negative review, and then the seller offered to give me a refund in exchange for me deleting my review.

The seller insisted that I first file a credit card dispute before the refund. So, I went through that hassle. Then,the seller hounded me with almost daily emails asking me to delete my review.

The seller even sent me an email via a private email address, not through Bonanza.com. Therefore, Bonanza.com gave the seller my email address. This is unethical and puts consumers at risk.

I finally got my credit card statement today, and it shows my refund.

Meanwhile, the people at Bonanza.com were not at all helpful. They only provide the marketplace, and seem to do nothing for the consumer and sellers beyond this marketplace. My complaints were repeatedly answered with the same response that tells me that they won't help me.

I have twice specifically asked how I can edit or delete my review, and my queries were ignored.

I have been with Bonanza almost from the beginning, use to be nice people. I did get notified about $20 charge but I did expect to get some views on my products, NOTHING!! Now they charged me additional $20 when I closed my account. Stay away!!!!!!

Zero. Not a real company. They use their separation from sellers and buyers to scam people. Product doesn’t arrive. They say seller is no longer with us. No refund. No product. Full scam.

Bonanza charged my card $20 in the name of listing fees.
Never received any notification or email about listing fees.
As soon as i closed my account these frauds tried to charge my card again with $20. But i have already blocked my card before closing the account.
They are scamming sellers now.
Be aware!

Absolutely DO NOT sell on Bonanza.com. They were a good platform before they were bought by another entity. Now they are nothing but fees, fees and more fees. I just closed my account. I had trouble with that even. DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT. Sell on there.
