Be aware quoted prices are not reality, quoted £300 to reroute pipework, final bill almost double at £500. Major leak found from new pipework. This was fixed but found the same radiator was leaking from the valve which everything else was to blame, 2 attempts to fix leaks and still leaking yet asked to prove it was down to workmanship. Also asked for a quote to remove a gas pipe which wasn’t sure if live or not whilst fixing the radiator leak, was told £200 (pipe capping price) which wasn’t agreed, but did say wasn’t sure if the pipe was live or not, they disconnected the valve and said it wasn’t live then snapped the pipe off (so not capped) and then Invoiced me £200 (15 mins work) that’s £800 per hour. Overall workmanship was poor, pricing expensive and varies depending on the weather and overall attitude towards me was even worse. Especially since I paid the initial £500 without dispute, of course some customers can be awkward but I would not put myself in that bracket, but do expect to be treated correctly. So I can only suggest avoid this company or ask for the invoice up front before any work and pay it only after work is complete and quality of job is good
