Jay and dan were absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Very punctual, very tidy, very kind. Their standard of work was exceptionally outstanding. For 2 young lads starting iut their own business you would genuinly think they had been doing it for years. Their knowledge and professionalism were second to none. Cannot thank them enough for the work they did and how fast they managed to it. The house has never been so warm, to the point were the wife doesn't need her blankets on to keep warm anymore. I recently had a new boiler installed by this Boilerbase and I couldn’t be happier with the service. From the initial enquiry to the final installation, everything was handled professionally and efficiently.

An absolutely fantastic service. I initially spoke to Gabby and she talked me through the whole process from start to finish taking the time to discuss different options with me to make sure that I had the right option for me. There was no sales pressure which was nice as multiple other companies had tried to push me to make decisions quickly and I didn't feel like that when speaking to her. Their price was also better than any other company I had looked at!
Using a smaller company and not one of these massive UK wide ones I feel made a huge difference because they took the time and effort to make sure every detail was right.
The guys turned up on the day of installation exactly when they were meant to and they turned up in force to make sure there was enough of them to get the work done quickly and efficiently. There was a lot to do as they were multiple tanks in the property to remove as well as the old boiler and they got it done in no time!
All of them were friendly, polite and extremely respectful of my property. They made sure I was kept informed throughout the process so I understood what was going on and they got the work completed within the time they had initially suggested they would.
The new boiler is fantastic and my house has never been so warm!
Jay (business owner) was fantastic and took a lot of care and pride in his work. There were multiple complications due to things in my property and he still managed to make sure it got done for me. I overheard him at one point when one of his lads was asking about the placement of the boiler due to my awkward cupboards and extractor fan saying "I'm not putting it there as it won't look right. I wouldn't have that in my house so I'm not doing that here. We'll find a way to make it work!" That kind of care and desire to give the best service isn't something you see often these days with tradespeople as it's usually about doing everything quickly and getting out the door.
I would definitely recommend the company to anyone reading this and I will happily be recommending them to any friends or family that need to change their boiler in the future.

What can I say? Starting from Gabby, to Jay, Adam, and the lovely guy who walked in and explained everything to me, you all made my day from the call to installing the boiler. Jay and Adam made sure that my family and I were warm as well as having hot water. Gabby took out the stress, and she just made everything easy after getting a crazy quote from British Gas. Gabby was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and couldn’t have done enough to help me when choosing and purchasing my boiler. The engineers who fitted it were just as fantastic, friendly, clean, and very efficient. They went above and beyond, even programming my timer for me. A genuinely lovely team from start to finish!

Boiler Base saved the day! Boiler broke down on a Thursday, rang around on the Friday, Gabby was lightening quick and very understanding. No hard sell, just information. She was able to source a Worcester Bosch 8000+ in less than an hour (no mean feat) and Jay was out on Saturday installing it. All for £400 less than the nearest competitor. Even when there was a little issue with the Hive thermostat, Jay was out on Sunday, his day off within an hour and had it fixed! Couldn’t have asked for more. Would thoroughly recommend.

By keeping their word !! Contact almost immediately after my initial email And helping out with a new thermostat not the most time consuming job as fitting a new boiler but to myself it's a huge relief and explanation of all the working and a help to know if needed just a call away Outstanding 😀

I had my old back glowworm boiler and gas fire that I've had for over 25 years removed on the 20/02/2025 the gap where the old boiler had been was neatly covered up... plus all rubbish removed and cleaned up!!... Plus the header tank in the upstairs airing cupboard was taken out leaving loads of room for clothes etc.Very happy 😀😀... One hell of a job expertly done by Jay and his crew. My new worcester greenstar 4000 25kw combi boiler was then installed in my kitchen. So happy lovely hot water at the touch of a button. Plus a mobile thermostat my wife and myself can take upstairs and switch on the radiators before we get up! We then have a lovely warm house for when we go downstairs... 😀😀 Thanks to The lads who worked so hard and well in harmony with each other!!! Nothing was too much trouble they them to do. All the lads were very pleasant and polite ... They completed the job in one day. ( WELL DONE GUYS) 👏👏👏 I thought it would take a few days but i was pleasantly surprised.
I've now got plenty more room upstairs. Thank you Jay and your crew, ( plus boiler base uk) a superb company. ( I would recommend them to anyone who might be interested in having a new boiler etc installed.

After three visits by British gas engineers i was left with out hot water and heating for 5 days after they condemned my boiler as unsafe
I explain my wife and daughter were both ill but this didn't help
I found boiler base by accident on the Saturday 25th of October 2025 and spoke to a kind and understanding lady called Gabby
I explained my situation with my wife and she spoke to Jay and he agreed to come on Monday 27th to replace the condemned boiler
He arrived at 13-00 with his team and they had the boiler replaced and running by 17-00 much to my suprise and delight
The Boiler is well fitted and with no mess or disruption
All for a pre agreed all in price payable on completion and acceptance
We all had our first shower in 5 days it was a pleasure not to boil a kettle for washing
The company has the right attitude to customer service
Unlike British gas who just don't care they still haven't contacted me regarding the old boiler and how they left it and I cannot speak to them but they have a robot named cosmos

We recently had a system boiler removed and a combi fitted, the job was completed in a day and the work is spot on. Excellent customer service from start to finish and Gabby was extremely helpful when it came to choosing the right boiler for us and nothing was ever too much trouble. I recently had my boiler break on me an old conventional system I had been looking round for quotes and kept getting let down and given ridiculous prices. I had heard about boiler base through a friend so I decided to look myself the page looked very professional and the website was even easier to use giving me a quote without having to even get anyone out I spoke with jay on the phone and he was out to see me within a day. He was very polite and very attentive he talked me through the process and potential other options prices and boilers etc. after that it was a quick and easy process I picked my boiler and within 2 days the lads where there. The team was brilliant very polite and informative great banter and they made my girlfriend feel comfortable the job was spot on and they was in and out within a working day clean tidy and no issues. Our new boiler was installed today and we wanted to say thanks to Boiler Base Uk for the excellent work. From first contact to completion, everything has been great. Good price and no hidden extras. Superb communication and advice from Gabby. Expert info and a friendly approach from Jay to help us make the right choice of boiler and no pressure. The guys were on time; fast, efficient installation, so much care taken and pride in their work, plus tidied up afterwards. We could not believe how quickly the boiler was installed. also really appreciated the clear communication and the time spent with us working through tips using the system. thanks for everything we would recommend the whole team.
