Very happy with the service, from the quote to the installation.

Since the boiler has been installed there has been few problems but all the problems has been resolved including a new valve for our radiator which was done free. Now we have no more leakage in the house or from outside the walls.We are very satisfied with the service and happy.if you need a new boiler for your home I would recommend Harrison boiler Thank you

Sam the engineer provided a great service. He was extremely pleasant even though he had plenty to do. The place was left tidy. Overall had a good experience.

Sam turned up as expected, completed a brilliant job which took most of the day. Very trustworthy (left him to get on with the job while we went out for a couple of hours) he explained everything at the end and also asked us to leave a review but the site he gave us disappeared off the phone, hope he see’s this. From talking to Luke the salesman to doing a video call with Danny to getting it fitted by Sam all in 1week 👌 many thanks to you all.
If you get some bottled water you can keep the engineer in coffee as the water & gas is obviously turned off 👍 cheers Sam.

I had the boiler conversion from a regular system to a combination boiler. Sam the gas engineer visited on time and finished the job single handed on the same day. He also explained and questions asked. He’s a true professional engineer with great work ethic. The company also matched the price to install a 35KW valiant boiler, also replaced the faulty zone heating valve. Thank you Harrison’s team for your brilliant service. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in future.

Very efficient installation of new boiler. Very happy to warm up the house after a week without heating in very cold conditions. 1 star lost due to being one day later than originally arranged.

The positive energy Sam has is just wooow. He explained me everything that I asked and it made me confident that he knows what he is doing. The job was done fast and efficiently, cleaned after himself so good I almost don’t need to do anything. Who ever gets Sam is going to be luck.

Special mention for Fiona, a consummate professional, she led with a 5* attitude from the front and this was backed up by the engineers.

Couldn't have asked for more, from quote to installation, all was done to my demanding standards. Happily use this company again.
Installation required scaffolding which was all arranged by Harrison, went up and down the same day, I barely even noticed anything had been done til checking the work at the end of the day and finding a brilliant, working boiler installed with no issues. Nearly a month has passed and we are more than happy.
