ABSOLUTE SCAM - DO NOT USE
ABSOLUTE SCAM - DO NOT USE.
Initial order didn't go through and got no order confirmation - after a couple of days reordered and then they took 2 payments.
NO order confirmations received - NO paperwork with the delivery. NO returned information. Garments are absolute garbage.
Reviews 5 Star reviews are FAKE all showing location US - (these will be Chinese)
All GB reviews show are 1 Star.

they don't accept returns unless you are happy to fund returning them to various different factories in china at your own expense (and they wont even allow this if you purchased more than 3 items!!!)

Do not buy off this company the clothes on website are falsely advertised, quality shocking and they are selling the same garments you can get on Shien for inflated prices. You will be unable to get refunds despite trying.

They wouldn't take back a pair of pants that were never worn because the tag was cut off. I had the receipt and all tags. I will ever shop here again.

Absolutely dreadful company- the dress ordered doesn’t resemble picture on website- dress was marked & far too big- I have to return to China and pay postage or keep dress that I wouldn’t wear and get 20% of cost back! The price I paid was £40 plus delivery & I’d only get £8 refund! Having a laugh! The return address on package is Southall Uk & company is co.uk! Why return to China!! Avoid ordering from this company!

Would give zero if I could . What you order doesn’t resemble what arrives . Then you need to email to return and are told return postage is £30 to China or accept 20% discount . Send what I ordered and I wouldn’t complain . Don’t touch this company with a barge pole. Daylight robbery. I have reported them to the bank for fraud. Give me a full refund and I’ll withdraw this negative review

Don't be mislead, ordered through bohmelondon assuming my item would be coming from London, it came from China!!
Item was absolutely nothing like the picture and very poor quality. It was meant to be a dress but was more like the length of a blouse. The buttons were different to those pictured and there were many marks.
When I asked for a full refund I was told I would have to return the item to China at a cost of £25 to £30. I did read a review which said that customers are never asked to return items to China...NOT TRUE!! Please be very careful, I am now out of pocket by £34.95!!

Love the quality and cuteness of every single item, I know for sure it will look good and last for years. Besides that I had a great experience with this girl, Natalia, at the City Creek location in Utah. She’s adorable, extremely helpful, kind and very quick giving me ideas of what to buy. Everytime I go down to Utah I look for her to help me find the right dress or accessories. I simply love this brand and specially when you find someone who can help you to buy even something that you don’t need but it’s so cute and you can’t resist.

Scam from China - do not purchase a thing!
As others have said, don't bother purchasing anything from this awful company. Based in China but try to appear UK based (I note they also have websites in other countries France etc doing the same). Dress took weeks to arrive. Came in a tiny parcel with no paperwork. Awful quality. Emailed to say I want to return to which I received a reply to say 'That will cost you 25-30 euros to post back to us...But we have a far more exciting offer for you! You can keep the product and get a further 20% off!'. Unbelievable. Makes me really angry that a 'company' like this can continue to rip people off unchecked. Wish I'd read the reviews on here first and I'll certainly be checking in future.

I have never dealt with such a terrible store. I ordered 2 dresses and the quality of them was dreadful. I asked for a refund and was told to keep the dresses and they would send me new ones. I certainly DID NOT want any more of their products but they sent them anyway. I desperately wanted my money back and did everything asked of me in their Returns Policy only to be pushed and shoved around. They said I could have a store credit (which I really did not want) but as I was not to receive a refund, used that credit. The articles I received were of the same poor quality. DO NOT USE THIS STORE !!
