However, if customers were added to our restock notifications for that specific item, even if the item is no longer on the website if the item becomes available again, the product automatically will be back on the website and the customer will be notified according to the information that was entered, either via text or via email.

Love the Clothes, Return Policy is Too Stringent
I love the clothes they sale, the styles are so cute. I would give it 5 stars if it weren’t for the return policy. 21 days is less than most stores and no return on clearance items. Also defective must be submit within 48 hours and if not, it no longer qualifies for replacement or return. Also, no return on clearance items which is silly when you don’t live bread and are taking a complete gamble on it fitting, so I’m hesitant to purchase items on sale. I bought a skirt at full price, but did not wear it for a few weeks after purchasing the skirt. I put it on and pulled the skirt, adjusting it at the waists to straighten it, it ripped—first time wearing it. It’s so frustrating that I could not return it. So I’d just be aware of the policies. Cute items and love, love their dresses! Need better return policy though, should stand behind their products better.

Bad quality, and I have send back to wait for a refund and no refund and cost me posted to china and get rejected from custom and return back to me. Talk to the representative waste of time I just want my refund back and

Unsatisfied with return policy
I purchased three items online. A piece of jewelry and two skirts. The jewelry did not look anything like the post. I tried to return it in store and was told that you cannot return jewelry that is purchased online. I was not able to get in store credit either.
Knowing that your items sell out quickly, I purchased the skirts in advance for a birthday. Because the birthday was 30 days after the purchase, I was not able to return the skirts which were the wrong size. So I am stuck with items that I do not want and no way to return them or get credit.
I will not be purchasing anything else from you online.

Estafa. Me llegó el pedido, muy bonito pero me quedaba pequeño,por lo que lo he devuelto por correo certificado tal y como me dijeron por correo. Pero una vez que les dije que lo devolvía ni me cogen el teléfono ni contestan el correo. Estafa.
