I was not happy with the flavor of aminos after ending up with the wrong flavor. Bekah helped me out with an exchange for a different flavor and allowed me to keep the extra two I had already received and is shipping new ones. Excellent customer service !

A long time fan of the purity and efficacy of BodyHealth products, my recent experience with customer service (Michelle!) only increased my appreciation for the company. I had questions about the relatively near term “Best Buy Date” of a favorite product - Michelle responded quickly, professionally and with a generous resolution. Easy return and replacement
I purchased a flavored powder that I did not like. I emailed your customer service on Sunday morning. A few hours later Michelle responded and offered to let me to try a new flavor. Service was fast and easy.
