We just had are second bodor laser installed 6k P3 sheet laser by Feng (Frank) and (Richard). After install Feng and Richard set parameters for all material we will be cutting. We enjoyed working with both of them as they were very friendly and had answers to all are questions.

Hello,Working with Bodor for over a year.We have 2 piece 6kw bodor laser cutting machine .One of them had a problem about internal lenses .We talked on Bodor online and Mr Taha came to our factory directly.He changed internal lenses amd set all parameter again for us .Now machine is working .Thanks to Mr Taha and Bodor company

our company is using a 3kw 6500014403
machine of bodor. this is our first time using the laser cutting machine. The machine works quite stably and Mr Duc the technical staff of Bodor VietNam support us when there is a problem very enthusiastically. Therefore, after 4 months of operating the first machine, we decided to order another 6kw machine to serve our production.

Chúng tôi sử dụng máy cắt Laser F3015 của Bodor. Máy thiết kế thẩm mỹ và chắc chắn, trong quá trình sử dụng hơn 2 năm nay máy làm việc tương đối tốt, có 2 lần bị lỗi lớn . 1 lần lỗi nguồn Laser IPG , 1 lần hỏng Sensor cảm biến điện dung. Tôi đánh giá cao sự hỗ trợ nhiệt tình từ kỹ sư bên các bạn. Đặc biệt Anh Mr Đức rất tận tâm hỗ trợ kỹ thuật. Nhưng tôi vẫn cảm thấy dịch vụ sau bán hàng của các bạn còn rất kém : Phụ tùng vật tư không có sẵn để hỗ trợ khách hàng khi phải sửa chữa thay thế, khiến thời gian dừng sản xuất chờ sửa máy rất lâu. Khi lỗi nguồn chúng tôi phải dừng sản xuất 2 tháng , khi lỗi cảm biến điện dung chúng tôi phải dừng sản xuất 20 ngày. Mong các bạn chuẩn bị vật tư dự trữ đầy đủ để khắc phục tạm thời cho khách hàng trong thời gian máy hỏng, lỗi.
Một lần nữa xin cảm ơn Mr Đức đã hỗ trợ trong thời gian qua. Và mong đội ngũ quản lý Bodor Trung Quốc lắng nghe ý kiến khách hàng, không để khách hàng phải chịu nhiều thiệt hại khi máy lỗi.
Nếu các bạn có thế thay đổi tôi sẽ ủng hộ các bạn trong kế hoạch mua thêm máy mở rộng sản xuất

We use Bodor's F3015 Laser cutting machine. The machine is aesthetically designed and solid, in the process of using it for more than 2 years, the machine works relatively well, there are 2 major errors. 1 time IPG laser source error, 1 time failure of Capacitive sensor sensor. I appreciate the enthusiastic support from your engineers. Especially Mr. Duc is very dedicated to technical support. But I still feel that your after-sales service is still very poor: Spare parts are not available to support customers when they have to repair or replace, making production downtime waiting for machine repair very long. When there is a power failure, we have to stop production for 2 months, when the capacitive sensor fails, we have to stop production for 20 days. Hope you prepare sufficient reserve supplies to temporarily fix for customers during machine failure or error.
Once again, thank you Mr. Duc for your support during the past time. And hope that Bodor China management team will listen to customers' opinions, not let customers suffer a lot of damage when the machine fails.
If you can change, I will support you in your plan to buy more machines to expand production

Our company purchased a 6kw laser machine from Bodor model C3. Who did the installation was Jasper, we were very well attended, he defined the cutting parameters for all our plates, always looking for the best quality of the cut. He provided excellent service and answered all our questions. He was super careful in the installation and professional. So far we are very happy with the acquisition. We don't need support yet, but I believe we will be very well attended. Thank you very much!

Hello bodor laser company, Our company uses a laser cutting machine, our air compressor is faulty causing damage to the laser head protection lens, the next day technician Mr Duc came to fix it quickly, help us continue keep producing, we appreciate his skill, thanks bodor

We purchased C3 6KW Scan cut machine. we are really satisficed with the machine. Dipesh was awesome. He was really helpful and full of knowledge. We would do business with bodor laser in the future.

Lucas came out to the shop today to address a few issues we were having with our C3. He was extremely professional and courteous. He got all the parameters for our exhaust vents straightened out and now everything is working as it should. You could tell he was very experienced and confident in his work. He also explained a few more things we were not aware of and made some adjustments to other controls on the machine to better its performance and maintenance. Would 10/10 recommend Lucas to any shop running a Bodor laser for service or installation. Thanks again for helping us out today Lucas!
