Described simply, since you have never contacted us no matter how much I really want to help you & any other customer with a potential query it is impossible to solve this issue for you before you notify us. We’re a business of two people & after the pandemic it really helps small business’ if you give them an opportunity to put right if something may have gone unexpectedly.

Looking at the listing of order #2789 from your reference number in this review - I can see your fleece, & view that some stains have been visually noted with photographs & written in the description. It is very important for us as a business to describe any marks on our products but I also stress that it is the customers responsibility to take note of these things as well, we must share the agency to show any issues & for them to be recognised.
