While on holiday (vacation) with my wife who is from Rawtenstall, UK (myself being from the US (Brooklyn,NY). I decided to look up local Motorcycle Shops to maybe visit.

Growing up in the community and environment of Indian Larry (please look up for reference if you don't know), I always love checking out local builders and shops to support in some way or see what ideas are out there to maybe incorporate into my bikes. This is when I found Bobhead Limited on Google maps and the wife and I left the in-laws place and headed down.

Being in the Biker community for over 35 plus years (both riding and building), Bobhead Ltd. and the men behind the bars did not disappoint. This shop is true Biker friendly with the real Biker environment. ANY shop that you can see the work the are wrenching and also sells wearable merch is always a plus in my book.

The quality work in their bikes shows as well in their merchandise. As a matter of fact I left with plenty of goods and will be a returning customer from the States.

Proud not to only support local builders and shops, but proud it's located in my wife's home town.

So if you are either a Biker or motorcyclist, you would be doing yourself a disservice not visiting these guys and leaving with some quality gear and inspiration to twist it to the max.

If you are visiting Manchester, it would be worth the trip to visit.

Traveled from North Wales , Mark was very friendly, helpful and went out of his way to help with everything.

I ordered a pair of the casual combats in Nov 2024 and they were amazing. Comfortable, stylish everything I wanted but 7 months later they have worn through and completely fallen apart. Customer services while friendly counted it as wear and tear.

Great but hardly durable

Visited the Bobhead store today for the first time to buy a riding jacket, the store is well worth a visit! the guys there are great! tried several jackets on in different sizes and fits and nothing was to much bother! every shop should take a leaf out of their book! genuinely enjoyed my experience there! the quality of their products is proper!! got a great deal and a free wallet! Again would recommend a visit, some real nice customs there! will not be my last visit and a big thanks to the guys ! - Guy.

Amazing he loves it, really light weight.

3 of us visited the site today (Geordie chapter), it was a very bad day weather wise, we were made welcome and first comments from staff were to get us a cuppa…
Each of us bought a protective shirt, the quality of these is great! Then I couldn’t resist the reaper leather jacket, again purely as the quality is brilliant and the fit is perfect.
Each of the staff have great product knowledge.
10/10 great to see this business going from strength to strength… thanks!

Les deux étoiles sont pour la qualité des tenues même si malheureusement après seulement quelques mois d'utilisation je remarque que le tissu n'est peut-être pas d'aussi bonne qualité mais je peux assurer que les coutures en tout cas elle tienne, le problème en revanche et le manque de précision quant aux envois car non seulement j'ai dû payer des taxes françaises mais en plus suite à leurs erreurs d'étiquetage vers mon pays la France j'ai dû également payer des taxes et des frais de dossier anglais je trouve cela inacceptable surtout qu'après un échange de 8 messages j'avais l'impression de discuter avec un robot n'aurait pas tarder à la même chose j'ai dû finir par malheureusement abandonner et renoncer au remboursement des frais en plus donc en soit très mauvaise expérience la prochaine fois je prendrai la version Aliexpress à 35 € au lieu d'acheter la version anglaise à 200 €......

Always a pleasure dropping into the Bobhead store. The guys are so welcoming and knowledgeable with genuine passion for what they do. Having been a fan of their casual wear for sometime I was stoked to buy my first armoured products this time and cannot wait to get out and ride! Every piece of Bobhead clothing I own is exceptional quality and just looks sick AF! I cannot recommend this brand enough! Awesome service and awesome products…..I’ll be back for more! Cheers! 🤘🏻

I've had bobhead items since day dot I wouldn't wear anything else! I've recently had a motorcycle accident at 60-70mph and was wearing the rascal bomber jacket i can honestly say the clothing from bobhead saved my skin without a doubt infact my life no broken bones not even a graze if you need proof pop in the shop and view the jacket and its condition in person as the lads made contact with me and as if the clothing and customer service isn't already the best I was invited over to the shop where they fully kitted me out head to toe literally 😀 I can't thanks them enough you don't get a random shop assistant that doesn't care you literally feel like family and are treated as such! I've always had there clothing as what you get dor the money you spend is amazing I've had shirts shorts cuts socks there isn't alot i haven't had and I can honestly say not one thing that I didn't like or didn't fit. Thanks to the whole team bunch of legends

Here from Australia and called in to check them out. The great range of protective gear and casual clothing is top quality. Bought T's, jacket and gloves. The fella's are very helpful and great to talk too, even made us a coffee while we chatted. Thanks guys

Came over from South Australia on a visit and just had to call in to see the guys at Bobhead and make a few purchases. What a great bunch of blokes! We were made really welcome and bought some quality clothes, their range of clothing both protective and casual is top shelf and they were so helpful, we were spoilt with drinks and great conversation, I would not hesitate to recommend their products and will definitely be in to see them on our next visit.

I ordered a soft shell fleece on line and it was too small.
The guys arranged it so I could exchange it in the shop (they don’t normally do this) I arrived at the shop and the guy there couldn’t do enough for me, really helpful. Left there a happy customer 👍

The style and quality are great, no doubt. But the sizing is completely off even after carefully measuring myself based on the size guide on their website, the fit was way off. The return process is also super confusing and frustrating. Honestly, the best way to get their products is in-store, where you can try them on. Avoid buying online unless you’re ready to deal with a difficult return system.

I had a disappointing experience with Bobhead. They advertised a discount code on their website without any mention of exclusions. When I tried to use it, it was declined, and I was told the item was exempt—despite no clear notice of that beforehand.

When I raised this with them, the response was surprisingly defensive and dismissive. Rather than addressing the issue professionally, I was told my complaint was seen as a “threat.” After being told by Mark, Head of Global Sales that Bobhead are committed to “unparalleled levels of Customer Service” he proceeded to ignore my future emails despite his claims.

Transparency and respect for customers should be a priority—especially for a brand claiming high standards of service.

After complaining to Advertising Standards Authority, they replied saying they have provided Bobdhead “guidance on how to ensure their advertising complies with codes”.

I also spoke with Trading Standards, who after hearing me quote Marks email, was astonished at the lack of Customer Service from someone in his position.

Great place. Very helpful and friendly staff. Made to feel very welcome. Just went to have a look. Ended up buying a leather jacket, 2 T-shirts and a pair of gloves.

Great products! Just picked up my softshell hoody. Another really good looking and well made product at a real world price. Longevity and water proofness tbc but if my last Bobhead product is anything to go by, it will be awesome. Add the that, a really friendly and personal in store experience with a free drink thrown in, what's not to like?

Went over today and what a great place. The lads are great and the quality of the clothing is excellent. Could quite easily spend every penny I have in there.
