I bidded thre boat same time in same auction duration and won,but the scarab owner is roddicton eu.bv also they made massive mistakes the company owner is dead,the seller is not correct I waste many moneys for proofing and registering g to boat milion paperwork 3 month paid custom duty fee daily , 2 boat i bought 3. Is not allowed to my bid and they offer me higher prices,I thought I can paid but step by step the registration and ownership is malfunctioned whit 1 boat they said they can not help,when I am in NEDERLAND i will find a attorney for open case in court!

Waardeloos komediespel
Als veilinghuizen niet nagaan of de aanbiedingen wel kloppen of haalbaar zijn, ontstaan er vervelende situaties. In mijn geval een nog mooie zeilboot in België, die op een stallingstrailer op een achterf stond. Geen transporteur waagde het echter de boot van het erf te halen, zoals ze wel eerder hadden beloofd. Naar het aan bootveiling.com betaalde bedrag kon worden gefloten, en er is nu wel een ligplaats afgehuurd, maar er is nog steeds geen boot! Het verkopen van fata morgana's zou strafbaar moeten zijn!

Dank voor de feedback. We begrijpen de frustratie en vinden het erg jammer dat uw ervaring niet aan uw verwachtingen voldeed. Voor de bieders op onze veiling organiseren wij een kijkdag om de boot en haar situatie te bekijken. Na de veiling bleek het helaas lastig om een kostenefficiënte transportoplossing te vinden, wat begrijpelijk teleurstellend is. We streven er altijd naar om zowel koper als verkoper een betrouwbare, zorgeloze ervaring te bieden en betreuren dat dit in uw geval niet gelukt is.
Ik hoop u hierbij voldoende geïnformeerd te hebben, mocht u nog vragen hebben aarzel dan alstublieft niet om contact met ons op te nemen.

Echt niet tevreden over bootveiling. Boot aangekocht in oktober 2022 en terug moeten verkopen omdat we de boot niet ingeschreven kregen in België.

Fake information
Fake information. I registered for a viewing day for a nicely looking boat in October, was notified that it will be December. Then in February the boat was still there, with a viewing day in the end of March. Now it moved to the end of May. This looks so much like a fake bait to me, and the moment you give them your email address they start to spam you over and over about anything unrelated that they just want to sell.

In October 2020 we were going to auction the boat 'Catalina Yacht 30'. Unfortunately, due to the strict Covid measures in Spain, the Spanish owner was unable to travel to the viewing day in the Netherlands.
Because the measures concerning Corona are postponed each time by different governments for understandable reasons, the auction of this particular boat was also postponed each time. However, the owner is still not allowed to travel to the location in the Netherlands.
We also find this situation very annoying and it is absolutely not the intention to have a boat in the auction for a long time.
We are extremely sorry that we did not inform you properly about the current situation regarding this boat. We would have preferred to explain this to you in person.
We also apologise for the other offers we've presented to you by e-mail. Please notify us of your email address at info@bootveiling.com and we will ensure that you are deregistered immediately.
We will contact the owner to see if the boat can be auctioned in May, if not we will remove the boat from our website.
