Besides the fact that Support Board works very well — which is essential for any software — the support team is incredibly fast and efficient. Great choice.

I strongly advise against purchasing or using Support Board !
It’s by far the worst chatbot tool I’ve ever tested.

1/ The customer service is downright unpleasant, making any interaction frustrating and unhelpful.
2/ The tool itself is a complete letdown; it delivers incomplete responses and often cuts off mid-sentence, rendering it practically useless.

There are countless AI chatbot alternatives that perform far better. Save your money and avoid Support Board at all costs.

I don’t usually like leaving negative reviews, but I feel compelled to warn others to avoid the same awful experience I had with Support Board.

Setting it up took some back and forth, but the issues I faced (like messages not visible in the admin area) were resolved after a few support tickets. While setup issues can arise depending what you need to achive, the support team is quick to respond and resolves everything effectively.

I must say, this app has been a great experience overall! The development team excels in their work, and the application functions perfectly as expected. While there are minor areas for improvement, they’re not significant enough to lower my 5-star rating.

I applied to customer support saying everything is fine but there is still a problem and it is not working, but customer support replies saying "sorry we cannot help you further" to do this job for an extra 100$. This is what you will experience after purchasing. Unfortunately, it has been 2 months and the only answer I get is because they do this job for a fee. not to give

This plugin contains critical BUGS, when certain settings are active, which makes the chatbot disappears entirely.

Despite ACKNOWLEDGING the bug in previous chat, the seller has FAILED to release a bug-fix update for the issue.

Sensitive access to the website’s database, admin, or server logins cannot be shared to external due to security measure. The ONLY solution is for you to release a bug fix.

It is your responsibility to address plugin bugs!
