Their loyalty points accumulate so slowly that after a month of casual play I could barely get a couple of free spins. Nothing exciting, no milestones, just a drip of pointless points. Doesn’t encourage me to stay.

After hours of grind the reward was cents. Waste.

A lot of slots can’t be tried in demo unless you deposit first. I like testing games before risking cash, so this is a big minus for me.

You can’t cash out anything under 50. So if you’re left with 30 or 40, you pretty much either grind it out slowly or donate it back. Nice little built-in trap, that.

First they said 24 hours to approve. After 24 hours, they said payment provider is doing maintenance. Next day they wanted another document “for security”. It’s not the end of the world but it’s obvious they’re stalling so you might reverse it.

Tried their app instead of browser and my phone battery dropped like 30% in half an hour. Uninstalled immediately, not worth it.

Their responsible gambling section is full of nice words, but in practice all the tools are hidden away in menus, and support never mentions them unless you ask specifically. Feels like window dressing for regulators.

Love the dress despite having some difficulty with the couriers who carelessly delivered it to the wrong office and when told refused to bring it out claiming that it was too far out of his way. Mary kindly offered to use a different delivery option in future but that would be the only way I would order again.
