1st class service
After ordering some handrail and accessories , I discovered I and BM had made a mistake in the order , but once i rung and spoke to Andrew the items where sorted and exchanged with no problem , would recommend BM steel for their excellent service and will be buying from them again .
Once again a big thank you to Andrew for all his help and updates on delivery etc .

We're really sorry to hear about the issues you experienced with your order, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We understand your frustration regarding the miscut pieces and the use of your marked waste material. This is certainly not the standard of service we aim to provide.
There may have been a bit of confusion at the time, but just to clarify, you're more than welcome to come and collect the remaining 1.5m piece that's due to you at any time, we can get it cut and ready for you to collect if you let us know (bangor@bmsteel.co.uk) . When we spoke, we explained that we could rectify the issue by cutting replacements from the original pieces, and the incorrect parts that couldn't be used were also given to you. We offered to cut a replacement piece for the missing offcut, but you mentioned that the existing cut pieces were enough for what you needed for your welding class.
While we did try to rectify the situation on the day, we clearly fell short of your expectations, and for that, we sincerely apologize. We're always looking to improve our processes, and your feedback is invaluable in helping us do so.

Brilliant service and communication
Ordered Ecoscape cladding from BMSteel, was not only much cheaper than other sites but customer service was first class especially from Laurie-Ann who modified an order for me and organised super-fast delivery. All staff so helpful and polite on the phone. Website is also excellent and easy to use.

Good products but poor customer…
Good products but poor customer service. I ordered x2 raj's which I was told by Greg, would be delivered on the 30th of March. I would get email confirmation the day before and a call from the driver an hour before arrival, so it gave me time to get home and take delivery. I got a call from Greg on the afternoon of the 30th saying his driver had been, but there was no one at home. I received no confirmation email or phone call an hour before. Greg then said that they would re deliver on Friday, and it would be a pm delivery, I would get a call an hour before. on Friday at just after 11 which is AM I get a call from Greg saying his driver is at my house and there's no one in. Apparently the driver did try calling,I had no missed calls from anyone that day.
