Not impressed with delivery system
Goods that I orderd were great.
Unfortunatley the delivery system is not. I ordered on the12th Feb was told that my delivery would be Friday 16th and that the driver would contact me with a 2hr delivery time. Insted it arived on the13th at aprox 1730 at my customers address. No notification was given and it caused my customer some stress having a pallet load of insulated plasterboard dumped outside in the rain. Also caused me a great inconvenience as I had to drop everything to go and sort it out.

Ordered insulated plaster board
Ordered insulated plaster board on a Friday was delivered on a Tuesday to Somerset.
Product was great and driver dropped the load without any problem on his little fork lift.
Will defo look at using them again.

Delivery vehicle
I told the company not to send a large 60ft HGV to my house for the delivery but they took no notice and sent one anyway causing issues for the driver who I felt sorry for. In the end he at to park in the entrance to the lane blocking off the access then use his remote FLT which ripped up all the grass verge . Not the drivers fault though. Why don’t you just listen to the customer.
