my order didn’t come..

As sweats são boas mas a qualidade da estampagem é fraca e em pouco estão a sair... parece que a sweat tens anos.

Se manchó con unas gotas enanas y al frotar con un poco de agua se quedó un tramo blanquecino, posteriormente al lavarlo con lavadora, no sólo se quedó prácticamente toda la sudadera desteñida sin color, como si estuviese vieja (y aún seguía esa mancha longitudinal blanquecina) sino que las letras de la sudadera se empezaron a borrar y fragmentar.

Me gusta mucho su ropa lo único malo son los envíos que suelen tardar 8 días mínimo aunq ellos dicen que menos. Y por si os lo preguntabais como yo en su tiempo, es una marca de fiar ósea que no tengáis problema en comprar sus productos. La calidad de los tejidos es buena tmb.

It took a month to receive my order, even though the communication was clear and very attentive it took Really long to get my t-shirts

The customer service from this company is terrible. Firstly I had to email 2 weeks after my order was placed to ask where my order was, when I did this I asked that it be cancelled but instead my email was ignored and the order was then sent out. When someone finally got in contact with me they didn't say sorry for the delay or offer any apology instead stating that it is too late to cancel the order and I can refuse if I wish. wont be ordering again, avoid if you want responses to emails and clothes on time.

did not receive my order for almost a month and half after i placed the order and was told it was an issue with a shirt i had ordered. No one reached out to me with this “issue” i had to send a email asking where my order was and why it wasn’t shipped yet and then i was informed.

Ich habe am Dienstag letzte Woche (heute ist Montag) zwei T-shirts bestellt und bis heute keine Mail bekommen, dass meine Bestellung versandbereit oder bereits versendet ist. Vielleicht ist meine Bewertung vorschnell aber so langsam darf wirklich mal was passieren.
UPDATE 1.7.24:
Die Mitarbeiter des Supports waren super freundlich und bemüht und heute kamen die Shirts auch an und sind richtig cool! Ich würde auf jeden Fall nochmal bestellen ♥️

It’s cute but poor quality…. Overpriced

The price for the sweatshirt I bought is fair. For what you receive it's not expensive but it's also not a bargain. That said, the quality really surprised me, it's good I can confirm! Would recomend to go a size over on the oversize sweats as I put mine on the drying machine at home and it shrunk a bit. Can't speak for the tshirts, but I would buy another sweatshirt

hice un pedido hace mas de una semana con un plazo de entrega de 2 a 5 dias habiles y no me ha llegado ni el email para rastrear el producto, huele a estafa
