I didnt receive my order bacause it delayed more than a month and i cancelled my order

Update:
They refunded my order but still loads of people are complaining maybe fix the issue instead of refunding money !

I’ve confirmed my order more than 6 weeks ago and still didn’t received it….. note: that’s my first time ordering it and I don’t know if it’s a scam or….

1 month on and still haven’t received my products

I didn’t receive my items tell now I ordered on November 29 and now is January 15, they keep telling me that the shipping company are not giving them any updates about my shipment like seriously!! How long should I wait one year?

They answered me saying that shipping was delayed and after that they just ignored me… ordered somewhere around beggining of december and nothing yet.
what a horrible support by them.

The shipping company is impossible to contact and your team is impossible to contact i just want to receive my order

I think that the quality of the product could be a better one. The printing is not the best and the quality of the shirt can be a more heavier cotton. Overall is not a bad shirt just need to focus more on the product.

Zelfs 1 ster is te veel ! Ik bestel hier voor de 2de maal nu en wat een kutservice ! Ik heb op 1 december een bestelling gedaan van €144 euro waar een kerstcadeau bij zat. Tot op heden nog steeds niet ontvangen en we zijn ondertussen al 8 januari ! Schandalig is dit ! Het enige antwoord dat ik krijg is; Sorry we hebben vertraging door Black Friday! Dit is geen vertraging meer he maar gewoon frauduleus. Zelfs geen antwoord meer geven op mails of request die je stuurt via hun website ! Degoutant !!!

I made my order exactly 3/12/2024. Later on December 13th, I received an email saying that due to Black Friday, shipping was taking a long time.
Today is January 6yh, and I still didn't receive any mail confirming that my order was sent.

I just have lost hope and money. Don´t recommend this company to anyone

orderr missing ans still not received

Realicé un pedido el sábado y porque llegaba de 1-3 días laborables y aún no tengo respuesta ni por parte de la empresa ni por parte de la empresa de transporte. Necesito el regalo para reyes y no tengo respuesta.

Hice un pedido hace 9 días, no me contestan a los correos pidiendo información sobre cuando saldrá de sus instalaciones, ya que todavía no me consta que lo hayan enviado, no sé como serán las prendas pero el trato al cliente es lamentable

Ich habe vor 3 Wochen sehr viel bestellt.
Bis heute habe ich die Bestellung nicht erhalten und bei meiner Nachfrage wurde ich nur vertröstet.

Ich bin etwas enttäuscht, weil ich bevor ich bestellt habe die Bewertungen angesehen habe.. Ich dachte mir ich gebe dem Unternehmen eine Chance und es muss ja nicht immer schlecht sein.

Ja jetzt ist es wohl doch so gelaufen.

Ich warte noch paar Tage, wenn bis dahin nichts kommt werde ich eine Beschwerde einleiten und mein Geld zurück fordern!

I placed an order on November 29, and today is December 24, but I still haven't received anything. I emailed once to ask when I would receive my order, and they responded, saying it would be shipped to my country. However, I still haven't received it, and now they are not responding to my emails. I would appreciate an update on the status of my order as soon as possible.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this brand. I placed an order on december 8th and have yet to receive the product or even proper updates about its status. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, their communication has been unresponsive and unhelpful.

This was meant to be a gift, and their delays and lack of professionalism completely ruined the experience. If I had known about their poor customer service, I would never have ordered from them.

Think twice before purchasing from this brand—they do not seem to value their customers or deliver on their promises.

PS: I’m still waiting for their response….

I placed an order on Dec. 8th and never got the shipment confirmation email sent. Was contacted via email after asking for an inquiry on their website about the order. Then asked for an urgent reshipment and it has been more than a week and no confirmation of that either. Have asked for a refund because at this point I doubt the order will ever get to me. Disappoiting, to say the least.

I placed an order on December 3rd at cyber monday. They promised to deliver by Christmas and until today on the 19th it hasn't even been sent yet.. it's the 2nd time this happens to me. I've already sent dm on insta and several contact attempts. Answers always very vague, saying that they are late and that it does not happen again but the order is still not sent. They don't even answer on Instagram.
