We had the pleasure of working with this company. They were polite, professional, and easy to work with.

Bluway transport .Spoke to someone who called herself Veronica Rose She gave us a qoute and we paid the amount and signed the contract with the promised delivery date . After our car did not arrive on the original date promised, we were told there was a delay and promised it would arrive the next day after multiple messages to Veronica, she sent a reply generated by AI she didnt even delete the part stating this is a generated AI message. Not long after this sent message We received a call from someone who said they were with Bluway and informed us the price has changed and qouted us a $1000.00 more . So for 3 days we wasted our time with this dishonest , deceitful company. We Will be filing a report with the limited liability cooperation commission, The US Department of transportation and the fair trade commision regarding their bait and switch tactics including the sign contract with the qoute.

Don't use this company!! They do a bait and switch. Tell you one price in the contract and then once you sign they say that they can't find a driver and that you need to pay MUCH more!! Ripoff!!

Then if you do contract with them, communication is terrible. You get your auto whenever you get it - and it's always "tomorrow". Stay away!!

Misleading brokerage company, take your money somewhere else, ive received at least 10 calls asking for more money to transport my vehicle than initially agreed on. Do not use the brokers. My mistake was to pay a deposit, as of today this deposit has not been returned.

Horrible service! Day that the car was supposed to be picked up there was an issue with the driver and she then told me it could be picked up the next day at a $600 increase. I told them that I wouldn’t do that and they “couldn’t” finds any option at my quoted price.
I asked for my money back and was told to give them more time after giving them already the whole afternoon. I gave them more time and when I called the supervisor “was on break”. I said I’d be giving a bad review and she suddenly was back.
Don’t trust them !

I was on the initial pick up end of a transport. It began with a promised date and time, driver couldnt arrive until a day later than scheduled. Called and tried to have me deliver the vehicle to a different location to better suit his needs. This company had the address (on a very narrow busy canyon road) for pickup for two weeks and did not research the area to accomodate their transport vehicle. Ultimately the driver had to load the scheduled vehicle about 1/4 mile from the address and then had to proceed another 3-5 miles along the road to turn his rig around. I would not recommend this company as I know they also charged the requestor double the original quote after given a deposit. Scammers in my opinion.
Blueway thinks I have the wrong company for this review because i was not the person that hired them. I was on the pickup end for delivery to the person that hired them. Whilst i stayed in contact with that person throughout the picking up, loading and delivery it was unbelievable that there were so many red flags. And unfortunately there was damage to the vehicle that Blueway says they were not responsible because it was a "plastic" part. So all in all I maintain my negative review and highly suggest not using this company.

If I could give zero, I would give zero. I was contacted to remove this negative review and they would give me a refund. They stated they would process my refund today. However, that has not happened and I don’t believe it will.Only then will they consider giving me my refund if I remove this review if I take my review down. I will not remove this review I until I get my refund if I ever get it. FYI, heads up if you are speaking to a Vanessa Brown or a Myra Jones from this company, they are scammers. Prices go up, after deposits made. Then don’t want to refund the deposit once price changes.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Told me a guaranteed price over text and then the day it’s suppose to come they doubled the price. Make sure to read the fine print and expect double the cost of what they “quoted” you

Beware of using this company. After gaurenteing me a price of 700 and promising me it will not increase. After securing my deposit the next day the price suddenly goes up to 1400 and they blame it on the driver. Which is probably true but they should have never gave me a set price and gaurenteed it to me. All I got was a bunch of excuses. Do not use this company.

Update: now the driver who was supposedly asking for more money can’t make it on scheduled pick up time. So now had to find another driver when this one was supposed to be the only one available. Now another day of hoping my truck gets delivered soon

Well it’s April 3rd, the day I was supposed to get my truck. Got a call from the driver and said he would be there in 9 minutes. Never showed up turns out he was talking to the wrong person. This has been a horrible experience. Paying top dollar to be jerked around.

I was contacted by Chris and he was extremely rude saying I should take the reviews down. I told him the only way I would is if he paid the difference in the price I was promised and the final price. That a fair ask. Said I shouldn’t have used the services. But they took my deposit and would not refund it so I didn’t have a choice. Chris and Myra keep blaming me for all this when it was them that was dishonest.
