This was my first time ordering from unblemish, and I am VERY happy.
I placed my order on Sunday (17th) and I received today (20th). All the items are in perfect condition in beautiful packaging,and you even get a handwritten THANK YOU note, including loads of samples.

I will definitely be purchasing again from Unblemish, I also noticed compared to other sites their prices are alot better and their shipping updates are great.

By far the best skin care supplier for Korean products in the UK, cheaper than Amazon. Prices are unbeatable. When I received my parcel I was pleased to see a handwritten note, and some extra gifts, which is a really nice gesture. Their customer service is top tier, replied to my queries 24/7.

I really can't recommend Unblemish enough! Firstly, their customer service is amazing - they reply really quickly and really go above and beyond to help. My order came super quickly, and the box was beautifully packaged with pink paper plus a handwritten note, 10 (!!!!) free samples, cute stickers, and a little flower inside. Their range of products is also amazing, and the website is laid out so well to help you find things that suit your skin's needs.

I cannot sing this shop’s praises enough! They sell amazing Korean skincare products in the UK at great prices, always ship fast and keep you informed of any updates with your orders. The nicest part it that they always put loads of little samples and cute gifts like sheet masks in every package, and handwritten notes thanking you for your custom.

Absolutely adore this business! This is my second order now. There are a few products I wasn't able to find that I wanted, so unfortunately wasn't able to give that business to them, but the product range is good, prices are competitive, but the biggest things that will bring me to shop with them again is the fast packing and shipping, and the beautiful personal touches. I truly appreciate the hand written card and samples too. I'm not an entitled person so it was really a lovely touch to have some samples, some lovely thoughtful packing, and little gifts noone is expected to provide. Okay, so not someone who is easily impressed or even cares to leave reviews. But here we are! I can see why you guys have 5 star reviews. I received my order today, lil later than expected but when I opened it , all was forgiven💛
It came up packed nicely, a lovely lil flower, some freebies ( who doesn't love a freebie) and more importantly a personal handwritten note. Come on now , in today's day and age this is rare. It forced me to leave a review because you have gone that extra mile and I wanted you to know it is much appreciated and hasn't gone unnoticed. So take a bow team.
