Ordered M/L for the navy extra flowy wide leg trousers and received a S/M. Messaged BV numerous times and have received no response. Even found a telephone number online, phoned it and, surprise surprise, it was disconnected!
Absolutely disgusting service and I will be reporting them to Trading Standards. Hopefully they'll be closed down so they can't continue ripping people off!

Trying to return a jumper, supposedly size XL, in reality about a S. Paid for returns label via Evri, this seems to be wrong label, its not a QR code. Emailed BV 3 times, messaged on Messenger and put a comment on a FB post. No reply from the company regarding my query. Very frustrating and will never purchase from here again!

Update I emailed them and got a prepaid Royal Mail return label within 24 hours

Changed my review from 1 star to 4 (would have been 5 if they’d offered this sooner without my constant emails) they have given me a rebate for part of my order that was missing. I like to think I am honest with my reviews which is why I have updated this.

Thrilled when I found Blue Vanilla and purchased quite a few items over the years and never had a problem. They do say you find out more about a company when a problem occurs which I certainly did. I paid for a top and trousers and only the trousers arrived, I let them know and rather than believe me they wanted pictures and when I sent them they wanted different pictures. I complied every time but after the last lot of pictures I have heard nothing for two weeks. I am so disappointed, really thought I’d found a great company but their lack of integrity has really let them down.

This company charges for returning items bought online. I also cannot return to the store either. I will not use this company in the future.

Really like the clothes in Blue Vanilla but, when an item I bought online lost all its gold foil highlights in the wash, despite me following the laundry instructions to the letter, returning it has been a nightmare. It's taking forever and I just can't seem to get my money back! Might shop in person but will never use their online platform again!

I returned everything in my order but I’m missing refund for some items. Scam! Don’t buy from here. Avoid!!

Absolutely love the trousers I received today, very prompt delivery, however they were too long and while trying to take them up by hand sewing, noticed a very nasty cut in the material that had a crude attempt at mending it. I didn’t return the item which I should have done, I wanted them for that evening, so cannot criticise Blue Vanilla as I didn’t test the return system, however they were quite expensive for what they were.

One thing I did keep was Torn on the material .. no other in stock .. more hassle than worth and poor quality material

Champagne coloured tulle midi skirt size S/M bought online. Delivery was swift and tracked. The skirt is even prettier than it looked in the photos. Lovely shimmery soft material, washes beautifully. I’m delighted!

The only negative is the returns policy for online items. You can't take items back to store, you have to return by post and pay for this.

The clothing range is good.

Lovely styles and patterns, everything fits well and The sale section is always filled with so many gorgeous treasures.

Went to blue Vanilla in Bluewater. First time and the women working there were so friendly. Showed me the dressing room where I took some outfits. The young lady told me her honest opinion on the outfits I tried on.
Ended up with the trousers and top and the price was amazing. Nice stock, clean changing rooms and lovely staff with GREAT prices. What more could you want

Ordered some summer dresses from Blue Vanilla this year and they all fit perfectly! Which rarely ever happens, I normally end up returning everything when shopping online. Been trying to figure out my style for the past few years and think I finally have, comfort and girly! Will definitely order some of the dresses in other colours
