Outstanding Bluetti Service Restored Off-grid Power Quickly
Bluetti service is outstanding. They replaced my defective product and shipped it ASAP and I had my off grid power restored in short order.

I have an hybride car. It's not easy to connect a charger to the 12 volts battery. The 12 volts battery is integrated to the high intensity battery that powered the electric motor. So, it would be wyze for Bluetti to inform in details how to connect, let's say, a Bluetti charger to a KIA NIRO hybrid 2019 of for any other hybrid car.

Purchased & received the item a few days ago...so far so good!

I have had the worst experience i could imagine with the Elite 200 that I purchased from Bluetti at the beginning of last summer... starting with having to return the first one because of the defective fan blades clicking sound that prompted your support team to have me box it up and return it... which resulted in me loosing my entire outdoor camping trips planned for the summer. After finally receiving the replacement battery, my now planned September 3 day drive to Mexico using the battery to Power my brand new refrigerator was also destroyed because the battery stopped being charged while driving during the second day of my trip resulting in spoiled food and warm beverages I had planned on having. Bluetti basically Blew Me Off and said they can't send me any more battery replacements because they don't and won't send anything to Mexico.

Their (your) heartless response and pathetic excuse to help out a desperate customer that they had already blown their wad on helping after their crappy product failed the first time. I guess their limit of just one battery replacement was already stretching the limits of their own making, when it comes to providing quality products and standing behind them...i assume their precious bottom line was taxed after having to take back their first battery failure and i suppose having to replace TWO of their worthless BOAT ANCHORS was just a bridge too far for the corporate magnates to accept!

The products that i received from BLUETTI CANADA were both just Turds on a Stick and they both didn't last more than 3 days of running! Now I'm in Mexico stuck with this BLUETTI BOAT ANCHOR that is as worthless as their "customer support" . I've spent a couple hundred dollars on ordering different cigarette lighter cables that should be charging the battery while I drive... and for two auto service electrical specialists to help me with getting the battery to charge, but we discovered it isn't the cables issue, its just the crappy Canadian products that were pawned off on this Californian as "Quality and New", but both ended up turning my summer and fall camping experiences into frustrating and disappointed anger for having purchased these "DOGS" AND GARBAGE PRODUCTS from a Canadian Company that has abandoned me in my most vulnerable time when I was wholly expecting that their products would perform as they said they would in the website and from the mouths of the Canadian Engineering staff.

What a POS company and FAILED support structure coming from BLUETTI CANADA. I don't think I will ever buy anything Canadian Made ever again!!!

I have had an EB3 and an AC180 for two years now. I use them both to power my BiPAP and suctioning machines. In the event of a power outage at our home, the AC180 is always connected to my medical devices. The EB3 is used for mobile power for my devices when I need to leave home, and also as a backup power source for my automatic door. I have now purchased a second AC180 for the added power security. Thank you to the YouTube channel Cabin River Outdoors for always promoting the value of using Bluetto power stations.

Just received my Elite 100 V2 only two days after ordering and I am charging it up now. Looks and feels like a quality unit and it was dead easy to configure with the app. Intending to use it as a sump pump emergency backup power unit.

I got Great customer service experience with Bluetti. i got problem with a elite200 noms and they were quick to replace it with out delay.

Recent Apex 300 purchase was seemless and delivered to the door without issue. So far, happy with the unit and testing.

I have purchased Bluetti products through EBay and directly off their website, both experiences going excellently. Thr build quality of their products is one of the reasons I keep coming back. Innovative improvements to each release are always great. 10/10 would buy from again.

I generally use it for camping to power music systems and personal electronics. I am looking to buy a larger one for home back up (power outages) and to run power tools in remote location rather than dragging a generator with me. Highly recommend.

My Elite 100 V2 has been performing flawlessly for months now. What a relief when compared to my previous device from a well known competitor!
Did I mention how silent it is? My previous device would have its fan run when charging even if only to maintain its top of charge state. The Elite 100 V2? Just NEVER.

I purchased my unit for only one thing, power backup. I have a propane gas fireplace with AA battery back up that lasts about 2 hrs. Long in a rural area we have frequent power interruptions and I wanted a longer backup. After 5 months it finally happened, a 9 hour interruption from winter weather. I hooked up the power unit to the circuit servicing the stove. In the end I still had an 85% reserve still available. I chose not to run any lights that were on the same circuit this time but I won’t hesitate in the future. The stove kept the house warm the whole time.
