I have been very satisfied with how my Bluetti product has performed during power outages and other portable power situations. I like the fact that I can have the use of multiple lights during power outages while using my AC70, and still have the backup power and outlets to charge things such as my cellphone, MP3 player, portable speakers, laptop, and medical devices. With the AC70, I like the fact that I don't have to charge the device or worry about lost power during a three-month period of non-use. The charging is fast, and the devise does not have an overpowering sounds that would be distracting. The company has been very well to work with and I have had nothing but great customer support and can find the necessary wattage and power output information. Thank you Bluetti.

Quality product

Though they sent me a customer satisfaction survey of theirs two days early the line of questioning included how did I enjoy my purchase? It hadn't even shipped yet. So I would have enjoyed it more had it actually been in my hands. But it arrived last night in the pouring rain.

It was at 34% when I plugged it on. If they did a regular top-off charge on all stock models, it should have had a number closer to 100% than the actual low 30's I received.

This is my 2nd purchase of a Bluetti. My first came from Amazon - bought on Amazon was their 600W unit. When that one arrived it started at 87%. So it wasn't as old stock like this one was. Since plugging it in to charge, from their unusually thick and shielded IEC C13 to Nema 5-15P power cable. The same type used as a power cable for Desktop and many Adapter blocks for Laptops and printers. It only registered in at 600W input and not the 1440W they claimed it would be from plugging in from a wall outlet.

So doing mental math of 600W at 34% gave me an idea of how long it would take to charge to full. After an hour I checked it and to my surprise it was 100% or claimed to be. The numbers don't add up - a 600W input at 34% should have taken at least two hours to complete. So now I will drain it and do a full charge to see if at least their meter is correct or poorly calibrated as I suspect - considering it is old stock!

My 2nd power storage unit is an Elite 300. Most storage capacity I can get in a unit I can lift. Their Elite line are all the most efficient of every brand and model I’ve looked at - which is essential to have in extended blackouts. Excellent solar input features as well, especially for the Elite 100. When these go on sale, the decision makes itself. I just wish I could supplement my Elite 100 and 300 with batteries.

Bluetti is the best value. After researching for a couple of months, I decided to go with Bluetti over the competition for two main reasons. First, Bluetti is the only brand rated for 6,000 cycles, while its competitors are rated for only 4,000 cycles. Second, the Elite 200 has four fans, where as competing models only have one or two.

It’s one of the most trusted brands, offers great sale prices, and has the best specs for the money. I’ve been using three of their power stations, and I couldn’t be happier. With up to 1,000 watts of solar, I never run out of energy. It works with 99% of my appliances and gadgets.

One day, I plan to buy the Bluetti Apex 300 for my washer and dryer.

Purchased elite 300, but upon reviewing order, I forgot the panel. Notified bluetti and requested a panel to add to the existing order with the 5% discount i had used. Received reply that discount was not available on the panel. Went on bluetti website and placed a mock order including panel, and applied the 5% discount, no problem. Advised bluetti of this, with no reply. I canceled order a day later. No very good business practice or customer service.

VERY DISAPPOINTED!!

Great price! Great product! Great customer service and follow-ups from the company! Just finished using it during a power outage and works great! I work from home so got my internet and computer & monitors back on line in no time and no pesky generator running! Plan on using it mostly on my boat to power things so I don't have to run generator there. I don't know how I've lived this long without one!!!
