As someone with very little experience in outbound calling services, I’ve been genuinely impressed by the support provided by Bluetelecoms from start to finish. Having worked with Blue telecoms via other companies before but recently using them for my own venture - they’ve always been so professional and approachable. Solid advice and know how to assist, solve and recommend solutions to pretty much any problems.

There’s many dialler/cloud based diallers out there but having tried and tested many, BT stick out by a mile as the best.

We use Blue for our blended dialler with multiple campaigns. I have worked with various dialler's over 20 years in call centre's and can honestly say, they have an outstanding development team and the word No doesn't exist where they are concerned. We have a vision and set processes and procedures and Blue have enabled our dialler to run alongside all of them making things slicker and easier for us to report on. From Matthew to Mike, Fablu to Andrew and Noel and all of the team, there isn't anything they can't do! If your dialler's not Blue, its not for you! - Jim TDS
