Assistenza molto lenta a rispondere, passa in media più di 1 giorno.
Il giorno che dovevo riscuotere non ha pagato perché ha detto che non ho inserito o uno stop loss o un take profit ma nel contratto che è molto breve non viene detto nulla al RIGUARDO sugli stop loss e take profit da inserirli sempre.
Sconsiglio a tutti e anche a tutti gli amici perché non è un'azienda seria. Nel contratto va scritto tutto e si rispettano ogni clausola, non si può al momento del pagamento dire non hai rispettato questa cosa. I soldi del pagamento della challenge però li avete incassati.

Company scam. they are with the UK registrations down. the company is registered in belize... beware... it is a scam...

They are a fraud, I have reached my payout and they came with some excuse to not pay.

Nunca pagaron los fondos alegando que no use TP en mis operaciones, en el contrato enviado nunca aparecía eso y desaparecieron con el dinero.

SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!! Im pissed I even have to give this "prop firm" a star. They are disgusting and they are nothing like FTMO, myforexfunds, etc. They're even on here creating fake reviews. It's disgusting. I passed both phases with this "company." Mind you, they took weeks to send me the credentials for the live account after I passed. No other firm is like that. The customer service is HORRRRRIBLE. They literally Do not respond unless you harrass them in the live chat. If you contact them via email, you can forget about getting a response. It won't happen. In the chat they take hours to respond and by that time you're already off your computer. THEN, I was in profit after 30 days of trading the account and these scammers told me I violated the rules so I can't get paid. WHAT???? waited 30 days. now I'm out of a payout and a refund. This is not a business at all. STAY AWAY. Any 5 star reviews you see are LIES. Blueforexfunds is a disgusting shady mess.

Estafa total compre una cuenta de 500 k y una eternida para enviar las credenciales luego dos semanas para la cuenta live y al final ni me pagaron el profit ni me respodieron los correos desaparecieron un asco de empresa

I have reached my payout day and then started to email them, live chat with them but i got no response, they’re scammers

I've reached my payout date and requested the withdrawal. It's been more than 10 days and they stopped replying to me. Last communication was few days ago, they told me that the finance department was reviewing my account. After that I haven't heard anything else.
Without a doubt 100% scam. Use another prop firm, don't waste your money.

I had passed a 100k account and because I hadn’t traded it for 2 weeks they canceled it even though it clearly stated in their faqs that the inactivity period is 45 days. Anything to rob me my challenge fee. When I challenged them they just replied to an email that I sent that the account revocation is final and non-negotiable. NEVER again!

terrible company. Passed 2 500k. only got one in email. wanting to change to MT5 been weeks still havent got a new email for login. still no email on the second account. also tried to issue refund on both accounts then declined them. do not buy anything from them

I have a funded account with them and they basically stopped responding and will not issue my pay. I have followed all the rules with sl/tp, timings, etc but basically have lost 550 USD + time + earning of aroung 2 K USD. Avoid this prop firm because they will only take your money....

Forex Club? Look at those fake positive reviews, they name a company Forex Club? They are obviously trying to have some positive reviews by paying someone to post them. BFF is a scammer, they will not ever allow you to be profitable and will disqualify your account for every possible reason, their rules are not posted on their web site so they make them up as they go.

This is a SCAM prop firm! They don't provide you with any educational content or Live account to trade with. Stick to other firms like MFF, FTMO

Autentica estafa. Despues de pasar las 2 fases del challenge de 500k y pasar el primer mes de evaluacion con 11mil dolares de profit, solicito el 50% como esta estipulado en el contrato y en la web (primer mes) y me envian un email diciendo que mi cuenta se va a suspender alegando que no he puesto SL ni TP en mis operaciones, cosa que ni en el contrato que se firmó por ambas partes ni en la pagina web aparece por ningun sitio ni es obligatorio. Les he contestado aportando de nuevo el contrato alegando todo esto y ni me han contestado. Una autentica basura de plataforma, no la recomiendo por no cumplir el contrato.

BFF is a complete SCAM as you can read from the reviews. They are trying very hard to put fake positive reviews on here, but do not believe these are real. Just look at the reviews talking about Forex club, who is that?

Now read all the negative reviews in the past few days, I had a live account, but did not start trading, because obviously, I don't know what the rules are. It's not on their website, dashboard, or social media. So basically everyone's account will be suspended, no exception. This company will no longer exist in a short time! Request a dispute with your bank asap, before they vanish! Also write your experience here please!

Customer service is slow and only responsive when they are chasing a fee. After passing phase 1 of my challenge I didn't hear from them and had to chase to get the stage two credentials. When I passed stage two it was the same battle. Then KYC took ages to process. When I got to my first payout at 30 days they suspended my account and wouldn't respond to my request for evidence of the supposed breach. I then saw on their IG that you can pay to have an account reinstated for a fee payable by crypto...low and behold their support is responsive! I don't usually write reviews but with enough good prop firms out there I urge you to not spend money with BFF.
