Brilliant board had a little niggle with customer services but that I'm glad to say was my fault. Wouldn't hesitate to tell anyone to buy a bluefin. The 10-8 cruise I have is just the bees knees, stable and responsive even for little old seventeen stone me.

This is the 3rd bluefin paddle board I've purchased.
I noticed on my most recent one there was a small scuff on it. I contacted bluefin customer service and the offered me a replacement / refund or a part refund if I wanted to keep it.

We have two Cruise lite boards that we love. They combine being light and sturdy and easy to move about on the water. Contacted Bluefin as one fin did not seem to fit as well as the other and a replacement is on its way. Easy to reach, pleasant, efficient customer service. Would highly recommend

Excellent quality SUP boards and would recommend highly. However, don’t buy the kayak conversion kit because the additional paddle blade is simply a replica of the original blade… so the blades end up being in line rather than at an angle so it doesn’t work at all as a kayak unless you want wrist injuries. I contacted Khareen and the response I got simply showed that the design team have gotten very lazy and can’t be bothered designing a kayak kit that actually works. I’ve ended up buying a different brand which is a shame as the quality of the materials is great.

Thrilled with my purchase and shopping experience with Blufin. Don’t hesitate to shop with this company where the customer always comes first. If still not convinced, read rest of reviews.

- bei undichten Schweißnähten nach 6 Monaten trägt der Käufer die intesiven Transportkosten zur Reparatur!!

- nach 3,7 Jahren bricht während des Stand Up Padling der Handknauf beim Paddel-Oberteil ab. (Materialermüdung?)
Antwort auf Gewährleistung: "Die Bluefin-Garantie gilt für Ihr SUP 5 Jahre und für Zubehör 12 Monate!!!
Also wird SUP und Paddel (Zubehör) bei Materialfehlern bzw. Garantieansprüchen nicht zusammen bewertet. Also bitte auf das Kleingedruckte achten!!!

The Support from Bluefin is great. They do everything what they can do.
I become my Mammoth Paddelboard now :D

I love my Bluefin 10.8 Cruise as it's stylish, Colourful, Full of fittings for optional accessories and made very well. I would always recommend Bluefin to anyone thinking of buying a paddleboard.

Im a water sports provider in Ireland, I have tryed and loved most of the giant sup board and got my money worth out of them. Until i got a Blue Fin Mammoth inflatable sup, I had problems from the strat and the way it goes back into the bag it comes with is the biggest problem you have to fold sup to fit in. It makes the deck start to come lose and fall off. I rang about the issues I was having because it comes with 5 year warranty (part of the reason I bought it) the warranty covers Notting by the looks of it and they never sorted anything for me, I had bought cheaper giant sups at the same time that are still going and the blue fin Mammoth Lasted weeks, so I would never recommend them to anyone that ask me, blue fin sups are badly built and no customer service after you buy,

I have had the cruise 10.8 for a few years now! And wow, compared to other boards I’ve used, I’m soooo impressed with how sturdy and durable it is. I love how I can convert it and use as a kayak when I just want a chilled adventure too.

Excellent product. I'm very pleased with my Bluefin cruise 15 sturdy, well constructed cruise ship of a SUP. Customer service and communication was second to none. Together with speedy delivery in time for the Easter weekend I couldn't be happier.

Best boards ever, own Bluefin Carbon Cruise 12” … cant believe how sturdy and stabile board is , deffo feeling safe on my sea and caves adventures, sometimes cliffs / caves edges might be sharp and my board still alive 🥹🥹🥹🫶 best performance designs ever!!!

I had a faulty item, however customer service was exceptional and replaced without quibble immediately. Thankyou Joe at Bluefin.

Leider wurde mir 2 mal ein defektes SUP geliefert. Rücksendung nur mit DPD möglich, sehr umständlich. Wartezeit auf Ersatzlieferung mehrere Wochen. Kundenservice agiert freundlich, aber mit Mustertexten und geht nicht auf mich ein. So muss ich warten, bis das defekte SUP retourniert und geprüft wurde bevor der hoffentlich einwandfreie Ersatz verschickt wird. Das Geld wird aber sofort abgebucht. Insgesamt unbefriedigend und nicht zu empfehlen.

Bestellung vom 02.03.25 - bis heute 7.04.25 habe ich kein SUP. Ich muss weiter warten... Frustrierend.

Great and fast customer service. The boards I bought (2x10,8”) made me a great impression. Good quality.

75 years old and decided to start paddle boarding. Ordered blue fin cruise 10.8 and was blown away by how well it was constructed. Have not had a chance to use it on the water yet but spring is around the corner. I am totally confident that it will perform as well if not better than advertised.
