I have been ordering from BlueCotton periodically for about 20 years. All of my orders have been large bulk t-shirt or sweatshirt orders for different groups or events. The quality of their work has lasted the test of time. I am currently wearing a sweatshirt printed 11 years ago and it still looks great! I have always received caring and personalized service. Because I am old school and because working with them so long ago, I have trouble utilizing all the cool new web based design features that most people love. They still work with me in analog! I can submit my own art, with my ideas, and together we can my vision come to life. Real graphic designers, real professionals who love their craft. In all the years and in all the projects I have worked with them, I have only ever had one run that featured a defect in the print. They could have argued or somehow made it my fault like I know others have experienced with other companies, but BlueCotton stands by their product. They remade the shirts and had them ready the next day. I am proud to have seen this small, local outfit grow and expand into what it is today! I will always be a customer at BlueCotton.

Your website was easy to navigate and great selection of different tshirt styles and materials. I liked being able to visually see my design on the shirt during ordering to see placement and sizing, which did accurately match the finished product. The communication between submission and getting a proof could be improved just so that I know the design was received and will be reviewed before production starts.

BlueCotton is our go to for anything branding related. They are extremely helpful with ideas, wonderful communicators, and their turn around time is awesome!! I would highly recommend anyone who is needing printing/embroidery to give BlueCotton a shot! You won't be disappointed.

The designing tools are continually improving and are now enhanced with AI. Quality of shirts is excellent. The quality of the design prints is also outstanding. If there is any issue with replicating the designs exactly, the BlueCotton team is quick to reach out with very helpful suggestions. The customer service is prompt and friendly. Shout out to Gracie for her help on this most recent batch of shirts. BlueCotton is my "go to" vendor for custom tees to celebrate work, family and friends' events.

Great experience. I needed a quick turn on a t-shirt for a holiday gift and was able to design and get it shipped within 48 hours.

Blue cotton is very dependable and has high-quality products and their artist are very up-to-date and current with trends. I love them.

They got my shirts printed and out to me very fast for which I am extremely grateful! My only complaint was that the original shirt that I picked was a different shade of blue, it was darker and the logo really popped. The proof they sent me showed a lighter shade of blue which they still called it Royal Blue. When I asked the guy in customer service about it, even sent the screenshots of the original and his proof showing the difference, he stated that it may have just been the way my computer displayed the color- I didn’t really buy that, didn’t use a computer, did it all from my iPhone16- but I was pressed for time and didn’t want to hold up production so I approved it in the lighter shade. It still looks really nice but I do kind of wish it had been the darker shade of blue. My fault for waiting too long I guess. Everything else I was very pleased with. The website, the customer service and the rush service they provided (for a small fee). I may use them again.
