Don't Waste Your Time
Not impressed at all. Their process is very slow, they ask for all of your documentation up front including banking information and access to your banking history and then they finally do a credit check as a last step at which point they decline your application. Wasted my time with this place. And I'm concerned now that they have all of my information stored in their system. Honestly, do not bother applying here unless you have excellent credit or zero collections on your report (even if they are from 4 or 5 years ago). And do not bother wasting your time in applying if you've ever been late paying a credit card a few times over 4 or 5 years either. Even though they charge alternative financing rates (i.e. a lot of money) with additional fees to borrow, they require bank level credit scores. This was the second and last time I'll ever deal with these people. Ebony was my contact there. Again, not impressed.

As an alternative lender, our goal is to help individuals who are actively rebuilding their credit. We frequently approve applications for clients with past credit challenges, provided their recent payment history shows a consistent upward trend. However, to make these responsible lending decisions, we must evaluate the complete financial picture. This includes income, banking and credit reporting (such as items in collections and late payments). If a client is less than 30 days late, it doesn't even show up on a credit bureau. As a lender, it is very concerning when we see that another creditor is reporting that their current account has been more than 90 days late more than once. If someone is struggling to pay their current lenders by that much, it doesn't bode well that an applicant can take on another payment.
We do love to approve and do keep going with the process when we see a way. Your loan was declined once we reached that final step.
Please rest assured that we take data security very seriously. All of your personal and banking information is securely encrypted and stored in strict compliance with privacy laws.

While it is a bit of a lengthy process, Jen was very helpful, friendly and responsive. Keep in mind they only do smaller amounts for loans unless you have collateral. Overall a great experience though.
