ATTENZIONE PER ITALIANI - Licenza solo sudafricana (FSCA), non autorizzato in Italia (CONSOB)

"Riguardo a Blue Chip Broker Ltd. Sebbene la società dichiari correttamente di essere regolamentata dalla FSCA sudafricana (licenza FSP 54787), ci sono diversi punti critici da considerare:
Assenza di autorizzazione CONSOB: Il broker NON è iscritto nei registri CONSOB e non possiede il "passaporto europeo" (MiFID II). Offrire servizi di trading in Italia senza queste autorizzazioni è considerato esercizio abusivo dell'attività finanziaria.
Nessuna tutela UE: Operando con una licenza extra-europea, non si beneficia della protezione del saldo negativo (obbligatoria in UE) né del fondo di indennizzo per gli investitori (che solitamente copre fino a 20.000€ in caso di insolvenza).
Società giovanissima: È stata registrata solo nel 2024 (n. reg. 2024/649950/07). La mancanza di uno storico consolidato rappresenta un rischio aggiuntivo.
Contraddizioni contrattuali: Nonostante offra il sito in lingua italiana, nei termini e condizioni dichiara spesso di non operare in varie giurisdizioni, creando confusione sulla reale copertura legale per i residenti in Italia.
Conclusione: Usare questo broker non è illegale per il cittadino, ma è estremamente rischioso poiché, in caso di problemi o sparizione dei fondi, le autorità italiane ed europee non hanno alcun potere di intervento. Meglio affidarsi a broker con licenza CySEC o CONSOB.

La CONSOB può oscurare il loro sito in Italia da un momento all'altro. Se succede mentre hai operazioni aperte o fondi sul conto, potresti non riuscire più ad accedervi."
