I've worked at Bluebird Care for 12years,starting as a care worker and progressing to supervisor role. Throughout my journey, Bluebird has consistently provided excellent care to its customers while also being a fantastic place to work. The company offers thorough training and unwavering support,not just professionally but also on a personal level. whether your starting or looking to grow in your career the support is there. Since joining Bluebird what I have found is every aspect of my role as a carer centres around Day to Day Communication and support to ensure that I am able to give the best care to the people I visit. For me the ones I enjoy the most are.
The Quality of Life, Dignity and Laughter that is instilled in me as a Bluebird carer. It is one of many priorities to the people I care for.I am lucky to be involved with this as a Blueburd employee. I first joined Bluebird over 4 years ago, brand new to care. The training ( in office and out on the field) was informative and I could tell they really care about their customers and their carers. I joined Bluebird Stafford just over a year ago this with the wish to enable others to remain at home with the necessary support for as long as possible. The workers are always punctual and have any information they need. They have appropriate clothing and footwear for the long walks which I need. I feel safe and supported while out with them. I enjoy the friendly company, and the experience helps me to cope with my day to day problems.
