I have been working for Bluebird Care for 8 years now. The Office looks after you, they are approachable and willing to advise or help in any way they can if you have any issues or concerns. I often see my supervisors and customer managers out in a field, constantly checking on the quality of care the carers deliver to the customers. Ensuring the customers care plans are reflecting their actual needs.
