Fantastic preordering Maileg experience
I pre ordered Spring Maileg stock in January and as soon as everything had arrived it was packaged off immediately in June; as soon as the shipment arrived. It’s always tricky preordering stock so early, but Bluebell’s Burrow is such a credible shop that cares about the customers and the type of stock selected to sell. If you are looking for a shop that genuinely believes in enhancing and supporting imaginative play in little ones - and not so little ones, then I highly recommend this one.

Misleading information about the product
With our order we were expecting the little brother and sister mouse which we didnt recieve, despite it being stated on the order and order receipt that they come with the suitcasa. We were told after its not included. Our daughter was extremely disappointed, as were we.

Odpowiedź od Bluebell's Burrow
It does not say anywhere on my website that the Little Brother and Little Sister are included with the SuitCasa. The information on this item on my website clearly states :-
“Included: Only 2 sets of soft bedding for your friends. No mice or other home accessories are included but lots can be found here at the burrow “
The Twin mice which you are referring to are £40.00 and unfortunately do not come with this item. I am sorry for any misunderstanding regarding this, but this is the first confusion I have had to date.
It is a shame even after several emails with me clearly explaining the above you then felt it necessary to take the time to give a small independent business a 1 star.
