Lovely polite service from Julie excellent product . Only problem was with the delivery but that was the fault of the idiots at royal mail. Nice company to deal with.

Odpowiedź od Blue Badge Co
Hello Mr. Hughes,
We're very sorry to hear that you have not yet received your order.
We promptly dispatched your order on the 26th via Royal Mail. While delivery typically takes 2-3 business days, occasional delays may occur.
I've tracked your order and it looks like it was delivered yesterday. Could you confirm if you’ve received it? We’ll also follow up with you by email in case you don’t see this message here.
We truly appreciate your patience, as shipping delays can sometimes happen and are unfortunately outside of our control. What matters most to us is that you receive your order and are happy with it. If everything is now in order, we’d be so grateful if you might consider updating your review to reflect your experience with the product itself. Your feedback really helps other customers and also supports our small business.
Thank you again for your understanding and for giving us the chance to make things right. We’re here if you need anything further.

I’m a new customer with the Bluebadge Company. I am highly delighted with my purchases and strongly recommend them.
Really pleased to receive my order swiftly and I was kept updated re delivery etc. The purple Blue Badge wallet is appealing. Very smart!! I am very pleased with the quality. The leather feels very nice and I consider it to be well made too. I do hope it will last and be fit for purpose. Looking forward to using it just the same. I also purchased the Arthri Grip pro device. That too is useful and I have been experimenting with it today. It has a good grip which is perfect for my needs. I like how you can attach it to a walker. The long reach is good I have been picking all sorts up with it. I can honestly say that I’m happy shopping with the Bluebadge company. Thank you for your services and items purchased.
