There was a slight hitch when you wouldn't leave my package with a neighbor which Natalie then sorted out for me.
It would have been extremely difficult and inconvenient to travel 12 to 15 miles to collect from the depot, never had this before when I have ordered anything???

I came across this site while surfing for a convertor. The price was competitive, site was easy to use and navigate, product descriptions quite useful. Shipment received on time, as described and in good condition. Overall a great experience, especially with the free shipping and frequent status updates to keep me informed.

I ordered in good faith but as I didn't receive my item I contacted the company who told me it had been delivered and signed for by someone writing the surname no initial.
There was no one in on the day and time of "delivery" so. Clearly it has been delivered to the wrong address and the courier accepted a surname with no initial. So someone has stolen my item.

I was unsure if this website was genuine but after seeing positive comments from previous buyers I decided to give it a go. My order was received within 3 working days and the aftershave was not a copy and it was even gift wrapped. Will definitely use again, thank you Blooming Way

This is the first time I've used Bloomingway, and I found them to be a great service, very good value for money. The item was delivered, but no-one was home. When I phoned for redelivery, it was no problem at all. The item was very well packed, and just as described.

I purchased a over-the-door shoe organizer.
Delivery: Fantastic! I ordered it on Thursday evening and it was delivered by Saturday evening.
Product: The shoe organizer is cool. It appears quite durable, and I hung it over the door. It even fit my husband's size 11 shoes. It might possibly fit 12 as well.
I was skeptical about several things when making the order (I had not tried Google shopping previously, the bloomingway site didn't have expected delivery time for my address, and the reviews I saw of the product were from other websites where the price was much higher). But they had free shipping and it was a Google trusted site, so I went ahead with the order. I am very satisfied with the purchase. I hope the product holds up for long.

Besides my items were perfect.The quality,service,communication and rapid delivery from this company was 5*. When i seen the extra $'s go on (tax) i thought oh here we go, but its worth it. as the saying go's pay peanuts get monkeys ..will use again and highly recommend.Happy customer .

Great speedy service & delivery, item was exactly what I ordered and as described. Also very well packed so no chance of breakage which is obviously excellent. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because although price was in GBP on the website I must have been charged in the EUR equivalent which then attracted foreign transaction fees from my bank.

I found this company on the website and decided to give them my order as the prices were very competitive. Beware though, as the advertised price does not include VAT, which I discovered after I was beyond the back button. However, the price even adding the VAT is still a lot cheaper than many other websites. I was also very impressed with the delivery, which was only 4-5 days after ordering. I will be ordering from Bloomingway again.

Unable to fulfill correct order and unresponsive to customer service e-mail sent. On the basis of first experiences I would avoid and use one of the many other online fragrance retailers!

The package arrived eventually after major problems with the carrier
(APC).
I wouldn't use this company again unless they changed carrier.
