Don’t order from this site, believe the reviews!

I wish I had read the reviews before I placed an order.
I am in the UK and placed an order for same day delivery and have now received an email from Yekina stating they’ll now deliver in two days time, due to some problems that are actually nothing to do with me. It’s false advertising and now I have to go to another company to see if they can deliver today instead.
Very disappointed and will definitely not be using them again.

Waiting to bloom

I used to really like Bloomable, their deliveries were on time, and even their same-day service was impressive. But my recent experience was extremely disappointing. I placed an order 8 days in advance to surprise my wife with flowers at work. Instead of a surprise, it turned into a mess. On the day of delivery, Bloomable ended up calling my wife directly, telling her to wait at work even though she had already knocked off for the day. This completely ruined the surprise.

To make matters worse, their customer support was unhelpful and showed no accountability. No apology, no refund, and no compensation, nothing nje! I expected better service, especially when planning ahead. Sadly, I won’t be using Bloomable again.

Ordered flowers online as a surprise…

Ordered flowers online as a surprise for my sister this morning for same day delivery. She received them within 2 hours of me placing the order! Very impressed with Bloomable and will be using them again. The handwritten message was a lovely personal touch. Thank you :)

Incorrect information processed for online orderonline order…

Adress inputted on the online order form was not executed correctly. I coukd noy get through on the mobile phone number for 5 hours, emails were back and forth.

My partner had ordered me flowers and made it same day delivery only for them to not deliver at all. He’s emailed , he’s called. No answer it ruined my day and I hope they know that they ruined everyone’s special dag this weekend

I ordered flowers four days in advance…

I ordered flowers four days in advance for my girlfriend to be delivered on Valentines. On the day, I was not contacted at all by Bloomable and the status of the delivery was only changed to “out for delivery” around 6pm. I still haven’t heard back from them by email and when I call them all I hear is a voicemail tone. Terrible service that I wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Ordered flowers for Valentine’s Day delivery over a week ago… no show at all, then the times of delivery changed, in the end no flowers delivered. Really not recommended

The worse experience ever!!

The worse experience ever!!! You pay nearly 800r for something you hope will make your partner smile only to wait all day, call there number lines says they busy, email, no response!!! Finally order arrives 7pm which the day is all done only to get flat flowers and a Lindt chocolate that has melted. I will never recommend this company and there fake reviews because the terrible day we received was so unpleasant! I will be loading a formal complaint and will def be taking this further! AGAIN PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM they say same day delivery but you get the order at 7pm while you already in your night time routine. Best of all you can’t even get hold of them or they courier, no sms no number to call nothing!!!!

This company is pathetic, they don’t awnser their phones, emails or live chat. Do not order from them!!! Ordered for today they say same day delivery to get you to buy, Going to police station now to lay criminal charges under taking money under false pretences.

Blooming Brilliant Bloomable!

It has been a pleasure using this company. I was apprehensive at first after the reading the negative reviews. However; I was pleasantly surprised! Ordering from abroad can be challenging however Jessica and her team shone like true starts! She kept me updated all day until the delivery was safely made. The end result was spectacular and I can only but recomended this company going forward. I will without hesitation recomended them to family and friends. Keep up the excellent work!

no response

I ordered Flowers for my Sister in Law when her husband passed away. Flowers PAID for but not delivered. So far sent 2 emails BUT had no response. Now what do I do ??????????????????????????
This Company had been recommended to me, so cannot understand why they have failed.

CAVEAT EMPTOR

CAVEAT EMPTOR! Very poor service, disappointed in that order was placed, paid for in full and yet what was actually delivered was 50% of what I paid for. Very poor customer service, false promises of responding in 24 hours etc, unresponsive to web chat. So much for the 100% satisfaction guarantee that Bloomable offer. Folk, place your business where it is respected as a customer.

Scammers

Stupid me. I used them again after the Valentine's desaster of last year. Yeah, no excuse. This time they did not deliver late, they downright scammed me. Took the money never delivered. Don't answer the phone, don't reply to emails. I will reclaim the amount with my credit card company. Stay away!

Failed to deliver on time for Valentine's

Truly not a commendable company - they emailed me at 4pm on Valentine's day to tell me they ran out of flowers and wouldn't be able to deliver while I had ordered in advance. They offered to deliver the day after... still not delivered and I have not heard back from them despite following up. Don't order with these guys, very unprofessional.

Bloomable - Scam artists.

Scam artists.

Placed an order for Valentine's day on 12 Feb 2023.

Was told that the order was accepted and delivery would be effected on 14 February 2023.

At 16h00 was informed that order had been dispatched.

Order was never delivered to the recipient.

Website says that order has been completed however when I emailed them they told me that they're investigating my order not being delivered.

They're not answering calls, responding to emails, no order delivered, no refund.

Please do not use these scam artists.

The whole process was amazing; simple to order from a great selection, to the delivery from the loveliest person who made sure everything was perfect.

birthday gift for my sister…

I ordered a birthday gift for my sister in law and she is absolutely thrilled with it. Fantastic service as well. The gift arrived exactly when they said it would and the gift was fantastic quality too. Thank you so much for helping show her how much she is loved.
